Omg! I went to this store to order ribbon for my first baby shower. The day that I ordered the ribbon I spent about 200 dollars. I specifically told the Spanish lady behind the counter that I wanted to order 35 pieces of ribbon. I figured that she knew what she was doing and that she heard me correctly. Three days later when i went to pick them up the lady cut 75 ribbons off. I stopped her and told her that I didn't order that many. I told her that I order 35. I asked to speak to the manager and when I did I told the manager that her employee made a mistake and that I should be able to get a refund or a credit for the difference in pricing. After I explained she told me that she would only credit me 10 dollars and that she would keep 7 for her loss. That would have left me paying 25 including the 7 dollars for 35 ribbon. I told her that I was not going to pay for their misunderstanding. At this point the little ms.manager took her position to the butt i became irate. So irate that another customer stopped to explain to her that I was right and she still didn't want to comply. This manager then went to the register and told me that she didn't want to do business with me and refunded all of my money. while she was doing this I told her that I wanted my ribbons and that I didn't think what she was doing was fare or business like. she gave me my refund receipt. I later called my bank to see if the refund was even pending and there was nothing I went back to the store and called the police. I explained to them what happened and the officer went to talk to her and the manager was verbally irate with the officer as well. At the end of it all I decided to keep my cash and go else where just to sock it to her. Now she's losing out on 75 ribbons instead of just letting me pay for 35 and giving me a credit of 17 that would have stayed in the stores profit. Thanks Ms.manager for not wanting to do business with me cause business with you sucked and after all you were the loser in the long run and you know who you are:) To the customer, shop with caution cause they don't understand the basics of customer service.

Pros: The store has a wide and beautiful range of merchandise

I had to ask for help and there were two workers just standing there chatting as if they were hanging out. on another occasion I ordered ribbon and they put the wrong date, so I re ordered them and when I picked them up they tried to give me the same ribbons that had the wrong date. I love the stuff they have at the store its the bad service that will keep me away.

Was there shopping for my daughters party after I had tried several other stores. the staff there was very helpful finding the pattern I was looking for and matching all the decorations as well as mylar balloons. I look forward to returning to shop for my sons birthday party.
