I ordered from this restaurant online and they completely screwed my order up & the delivery guy (& eventually his manager) tried to blame the mistake on me. Then, the manager via cell phone blamed the computer. I've never had this happen with an order through the internet. It's like they were all drunk over there.
Just awful. I was looking forward to the food, but I didn't get to try the things I ordered. Instead I got stuck with a crappy pasta and was extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience.

And don't order the mussels, whatever you do! They were all CLOSED and quite disgusting. Steer clear of Napoli.

They need new management,, Sometimes i think this place is a drug house..Every time I'm in there with my family, young kids go in and out and the manager is always associating him self around them.Something is Fishy in that place. I don't think its only a place for Pizza but also drugs. I don't allow mt kids to go there anymore to eat.. They are going down the drain slowly but surely.

I grew up on this pizza, and I'll be damned if you'll find a better ziti slice anywhere in the city, much less the country, but man, has this place gone downhill in the last couple years. When you walk in these days, you need a bullhorn and fireworks display to get the attention of the teenager standing behind the counter, pretending to work.

If you're one of the lucky ones who manages to get your slice put in before your next birthday, you need to remind them a few minutes later to actually take it out. It's also a common occurence to be charged $14 bucks for 2 slices and a coke, and have them look at YOU like you're the @$$hole for pointing it out.

They have a shiny new facade that was built on the blood, sweat and tears of the JIB lanes faithful, and has all the personal charm of a sadists' dungeon. This place should be put out of its misery like a South Bronx pit bull.

If there were an editorial written on customer service, Napoli would be the ones writing the rebuttal.

I am a long time customer of Napoli's I would say i order atleast once a week on average atleast 40-50 dollars worth of food. Delivery takes long but it just gives me a chance to build up my appetite.. Well the other night after an hour and 15 minutes... I decided to call up and ask where my delivery is.. ( I live 2 blocks away) The young girl that answered was clueless about my delivery basically seemed oblivious to things.. she then told me it would be there soon... after about 15 minutes I called again and this time i got another girl who told me that the driver picked up my food and left with it. Ok another 15 to 20 minutes passed now Im going on 2 hours wait time. So i decided in the rain to get out off my comfortable clothes and drive over in the rain to talk to the manager. The manager... was rude and basically a jerk. He basically said " oh can't you see its raining.." LOL raining so what? 2 hours for 2 pastas and a salad is too long. I told the manager this was unexceptable and that if he wanted to keep me as a customer he needed to do something. He refused to budge an inch telling me " Your Lucky you are even getting a delivery..." basically telling me I should be thankful he'll even bring the food to my home.. and the worst part is he did not even apologize. He is an arrogant man who obviously does not care about loosing 2500 dollars a year in business and his drivers will miss out on the 5 dollar tips for going two damn blocks... lol... remember somthing folks... restraunts need your money... need your business... they should never treat you like you should be thankful that they serve you... and that you have chosen their establishment to patrionize. To all the folks that swear by napoli's everything is great until you have an issue then the manager/owner will not even budge... if i could i would give them zero stars because they don't have anything special in comparison to any other pizzeria around this area... just the fact they are close to my house... I will give francesco's or al and angelo's some business now...

The pizza is better than their pasta/meat dishes. Delivery service could be better, took an hour to go around the block. Service inside the restaurant needs to be better as well. The restaurant itself is clean and traditional. Best pizza: Vodka chicken cutlet--outstanding.

I used to go here as a kid and the pizza was very good. I've gone here in the past couple of years and each time the pizza was laying there so long, it looked awful. They refuse to give you a fresh slice, so I wound up buying a drink only. I will not go there anymore.

Their pizza is good, although a bit too much sugar in there for me. If I'm in a sweet tasting pizza mood, i'll head here. Their dishes are standard. Although a bit skimpy on the cheese. They have been there for years. I return seldom.

PROS: Good pizza
CONS: same menu
