Upon entering this store there is a Reeds to the left and a Jenss to the right. Both look high scale. The Reeds store displayed numerous rings, necklaces, earrings, etc. like most jelewry stores but all these were with larger stones. I explained to the lady that helped me that I was looking around and trying to gain some info. She said no problem and went about asking some questions to try and get an idea of what I was looking for. She then proceeded to explain some features and show me some diamonds to examine under a microscope to get a better idea. Overall very helpful but expensive.

In all honesty, I know nothing about clarity, etc., but I do know every woman wants the carat size to be as big as possible. Well, if you're walking into Reeds, you'll pay for it.
Not only that, but it seems like they expect you to know everything there is to know about jewelry, and isn't that why they are there? To help me, the uneducated?
It really seems that their bottomline is to sell you the most expensive piece of jewelry they have, even if you can't afford it.
They are very stuffy and pretenious, and I have never stepped foot in through their doors again. Once was enough for me.
