2 Stars: pretty bad (by akapluto)

stayed here for a weekend getaway but all i wanted to get away from was this hotel. ($90/night)

-the sheets were kinda dirty
-i had a full- not a king- bed like i had reserved
-the room was TEENY
-theyre doing construction across the street & there is a surprising amt of street noise so prepare to wake up around 4am each morn

i say... shell out the extra $20-30/night for a diff hotel (pref in the city)

4 Stars: Near the subway (by M A.)

The hotel was reasonable and had a good breakfast. The rooms were small, and mine in particular had a wonderful view of the junkyard in back. The neighborhood isn't the greatest but seemed safe. It is literally a block or so from the subway stop so very convenient. Reasonable prices for NYC and a good alternative to staying in Manhattan, as it is only a few stops away. I think we paid about $150/night.

PROS: Close to subway, a few stops from Manhattan
CONS: View of junkyard
