The rooms were small, and mine in particular had a wonderful view of the junkyard in back. The neighborhood isn't the greatest but seemed safe. It is literally a block or so from the subway stop so very convenient. Reasonable prices for NYC and a good alternative to staying in Manhattan, as it is only a few stops away.
