Underground

I went with a friend to get a tattoo. I wasn't sure of one for myself, but found my friend Cory working alongside Mike, and decided to do it right. He was my first choice for my first tattoo. Custom drawn artwork was one of my requirements. I don't like pointing at a picture on the wall. Beautiful full color, and everything was fresh, clean, and sterile. The shop was also clean and smoke-free. They may charge a little more than some redneck shops in the area, but they do everything right. When it comes to a tattoo, doing it right is more important than the cost. It was money well spent.

I have also had a few piercings done at the shop 10 years ago. Again, everything was done properly. Never had any problems with the tongue or eyebrow.

With the very friendly staff and great service provided at The Underground, this is the best place to go for all of your body art!
The staff is very friendly and they make you feel right at home and comfortable the entire time you are there. Their body art is backed up 100%, and they even retouch their tattoos free for the life of the piece, and make sure that they are perfect, not resting until you are 100% satisfied with their work.The Underground is, without question, the best place to go to get all of your body art, done by the best professionals in the southern tier area, in my opinion. I recommend the Underground to the fullest extent to anyone looking for tattoos, piercings, or a trip to their store downstairs.

This place is one of the most unique places in the city of Olean!
It is a family-owned business which offers a wide variety of merchandise as well as tattoo and piercing services.
It is a very clean store and the local health department must agree because the store has certificates of appreciation on their walls from the health department.
The family is a good family and very well known in the community.
They do wonderful tattoo and piercing work and converse well while you are getting any tattoo or piercing.
They are sensitive to the pain associated with their work and will pause in the middle of working, if need be, to allow you to be more comfortable.
They allow you the privelage of designing your own artwork for tattoo's and/or selecting form their very wide selection of artwork.
A++ grade for this store!
