I've been going to Aphrodite's in Astora for about 20 years. I live in Manhattan, and this salon is better than anything you can find in Manhattan. There are customers who come here from Long Island, Connecticut, and New Jersey. And the prices are substantially lower than Manhattan. Iva and Aphrodite were trained in Europe and use the finest products and machines. When I go to them on a regular basis, I don't have to wear makeup--my skin looks so amazing.
Pros: The best facial in NYC--no comparison
Cons: No credit cards. But you can't beat their prices.
I can't say enough positive about these great ladies. The setting is soothing and clean, but not at all fussy. They do what really makes for repeat customers...they do and nice work while making you feel beautiful. I most highly recommend this shop!
