P C Paramedics

PC Paramedics seem to have a very knowledgeable staff. The employee I dealt with explained the most likely cause of my problem, this time a sound issue, and the steps they would take to fix it. The employee also was very clear that computers can be tricky and this may not be the problem but they would check with me before doing anything else if necessary. The repairs were finished in one day and I had my computer back in working condition. When I picked my PC up the employee explained how the onboard audio was interacting with the audio card somehow and causing the issues.
