Disappointed in experience-- would not return. Staff cold and poor communication. High fees.
Rigid when questioned. Had better experiences elsewhere in Rochester.
Have been seeing Dr. Olender at Dickinson Animal Hospital for years. Moved away for a while and had to get a vet closer to home. Biggest mistake I made. Decided to go back to Dickinson Animal Hospital which always gives me peace of mind for my cats and dog. I will be at a real loss, as many other customers, if Dr. Olender ever retired. The staff is great and the care is top rate.

We have been bringing our cat here for 15 years. I never have a problem getting an appointment & if it's an emergency visit, I can always get her in quickly. Dr. Olender even gave me some great ideas to get rid of groundhogs under my shed.
4We have been bringing our small dog (Bichon-poo) to Dickinson Animal Hospital for the last 5 years. We use both the veterinary services and the boarding when vacationing. The staff is very friendly and caring, good reminder system to ensure vaccinations etc are up to date.

We have been taking our cat to Dickinson for the last several years. We find the vets to be knowledgeable and customer friendly. They have evening and weekend hours which we like. Our cat is now 17 years so they are doing a good job keeping her healthy.
