great pizza  4 Star Rating - Very good

Great pizza on the upper west side. The only drawback is that the place is tiny, so don't expect to stay. It's ok though, because you have Central Park on one side and Riverside on the other. Plus there is shoppping and Lincoln Center.

great pizza, terrible service 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

The pizza is great. But the service is so bad it makes me not want to go back. Ordering a slice is like asking for a favor.

Pros: slice
Cons: service

great great pizza 5 Star Rating - World class

I am usually very upset when I try a new pizza place as I was use to cook them for few years, but rigoletto do great pizzas. I just discover it today and to write for them, because it just worth it so much.
If you love pizza, don't think just go and enjoy.
Prices are really reasonable.

Really good pizza with fresh toppings 5 Star Rating - World class

Really good pizza with fresh toppings and enough customer traffic that the slices don't get all icky from sitting there. Cheese, crust, sauce to my liking. Crispy and chewy at the same time. Flavorful. Better atmosphere than some comparable pizza places.

Pros: Fresh, Flavorful and Fabulous.

Delicious Pizza! Great toppings and good service. 5 Star Rating - World class

I was meeting a friend on the upper west side and we walked by and decided to give it a try. The pizza not only looked declicious, nice big slices, but tasted even better. I love eggplant so decided to give that a try and it was one if the best i've had. My friend had a spinach mushroom slice that was just as good. We also both split a plain piece because we were both craving a little bit more. I will defnitely be back not only for the pizza, but there are great toppings to choose from and the service was good.

Pros: Great slices and great selection of fresh toppings
Cons: none

Avoid like the plague.............. 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I went into this local establishment this Friday night in need of a "non-meat" dish, since I am observing Lent. I asked for an eggplant parm hero. It was very busy, since it was Friday during Lent, and raining.
I waited for almost 15 minutes before inquiring as to the whereabouts of my hero. I was told, curtly, that it
would be at least 15 minutes since it was so busy. I told him okay, and that I had already waited 15 minutes. He gave me a dirty look. Ten minutes later when the food finally came (it was to go) I noticed it
was in a "to go" tin and not wrapped like a hero. I gave him my credit card and was surprised when it was
$9.50, but what surprised me more was that it came with fries. I told him I did not order fries and he told me it came with fries. I asked if they do not sell heros alone. He again told me it came with it. I asked if I
could have salad instead? He said "no". I said, "forget it then and cancel the order". He had already swiped my credit card and told me "no", he would not credit the card. He ended up giving me salad and thought that I should be happy. I was not. Upon returning to work, I went to the website for the pizza place and the menu lists an eggplant parm hero for $6.50. I will not go here again.

Pros: none
Cons: too many to list
