I love this store. I really love everything they have. Great selection of brands and items.
As contrary from other reviews I always found the staff friendly. I don't like to be bothered around the store while I am browsing, but when I ask for something the staff was always there to help.
The only reason I put 4 stars is because I've been waiting for the online store to launch for about 2 years and I am still waiting despite the launch was supposed to be august 2010.

Went to Scoop for the first time on Saturday. After taking my g/f shopping i figured i needed something for ME. Bought two pairs of seven jeans for about $340. Great jeans that truly break in as you wear them. My sales rep Chris was great, suggested some stuff, helped me find sizes but never pressured me into spending more than i was comfortable with. Highly recommended. Ask for Chris if you can. looks like they randomly have great stuff on sale so stop in often and check.

Here's the Scoop. Unless you're from the upper eastside, weight 100 lbs and are under the age of 25 don't bother. I went in a number of times to buy my kids clothes. Not one person has ever approached me in two years. Why have I been going two years? At this point it's a game...I like to see if anyone will ever offer assistance and to date no one has! The sales "kids" are obnoxious, rude and couldn't care less about making money as long as they can look cool. Stay away. Even the security guards haven't cracked a smile in years. Not even a "good night or thank you' can crack these guys.

Pros: none, none, none

Cons: snooty, obnoxious, arrogant

I went to Scoop with a friend, who spent $200 for one article of clothing, only to have it tossed in skimpy plastic bag. My friend had to ask twice (and be reprimanded by the salesperson) before the girl hung and bagged the very delicate item. I couldn't believe how rude she was! MacDonald's has about 100 times better customer service skills (at a fraction of the price per visit!!!).
