The service is always kind and welcoming. They make sure that you have a good time. The food is nice and scrumptious when you want to sit down for a nice meal with friends.

Orient express replica has cute well executed concept that is backed up by great food and service. From the beginning rolls to the entrees and desserts, Blue does not disappoint.

Quaint place for a calm lunch. I happened to read about Le Train Blue on Behind the Burner. com, it was a great segment.
I took my mother there for lunch and the service was just horrible. The hostess couldn't even be bothered enough to acknowledge the people waiting to be seated. Instead, she sat down with a fellow Bloomindales employees to gossip. Our waiter was just as obnoxious. I would of left, but my mother is too old to be going up and down those flight of stairs. By the time you finally get to have lunch, you are so disgusted that you aren't even sure if your meal was good or not.
Pros: The Diet Coke
Cons: Service, Service, Service
Amazing that just a few steps above the 6th floor of Bloomingdale's is this quiet little restaurant. It's a great place to go when you are spending the day shopping on the Upper East Side. A true New York City Experience.
It's no five star restaurant, but it is good for a nice lunch. The dining room is quaint, staff friendly, and views are great. Food is totally fine, nothing to rave about, but good. It's a nice place to meet a friend for lunch, and because it is inside Bloomingdales, it is convenient as well.
