Brought in my '12 Subaru Forester for warranty service to check my check-engine light. They wanted to charge me $42 to scrape some snow from underneath the car to get at one of the parts! I offered to remove the snow myself if they were going to be like that but they wouldn't let me and refused to perform the warranty service unless I paid them to scrape some snow. Terrible service! 30 seconds of scraping snow would have made the difference of me leaving happy or not. I called and complained to Subaru HQ about them and they offered to reimburse me for what the dealer wanted to charge. Subaru is a good company and I recommend their cars. Just don't buy it (or any car) at Fuccillo! The service sucks!

We were lied to by our salesman about a contest at Fuccillo where they supposedly were giving away a free car, paying off loans and giving away cash .
IT WAS FAKE..Just a ruse to sell cars for the month.
After we found out we had been duped we talked to the General Manager (Xavier Villarreal)
He did not deny it and did not offer any apologies.
Just made it clear he did not care what the salesman told us. Made us feel stupid to have believed the salesman and finance manager. (The 2 that lied to us about contest)

Being rather old and having shopped for numerous cars, I can honestly say I have never had a more pleasant time in a auto purchase. My sales associate Joe Fiorentino was truly a consumate professional offering very little pressure but instead a genuine caring in my needs. Randy the sales manager bent over backwards to ensure my budget limits were met, crunching numbers time and time again. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend this place to any soldier that is in need of a quality vehicle and fair treatment. Good job guys.

I am a service member and while not a licensed automotive technition, I replaced both heads on my wifes '98 Subaru outback, and I am a Helocopter Mechanic for the US ARMY. I had an aftermarket warrenty put on the car while I was gone so my wife wouldn't worry about it. I am home now and when the car started knockiing in the bottom end I took it to Fuccillo Subaru (they are supposed to be a dealer right?) and after 3 days and a $93.00 diagnostic fee, was told "The knock sensor and oil pressure switch was bad but we could have it replaced for another $468.00" When I asked what was making the knocking sound in my engine I was told with a complete sraight face....it was my knock sensor causing the knock in my engine. Thats what happens when they go bad. I then asked, where is the the oil thats all over the top passenger side of my engine coming from? we are not sure but probably from your bad oil pressure switch.
These people have absolutly no morals. I would recommend EVERY ONE avoid them at all cost.

March 2009 - Put these cheats out of business! I am the proud father of two sons, both are active duty in the Army and training to deploy to Iraq this year. My younger son, 19, is training at Ft Drum, NY as a turret gunner on a HMMWV (HUMVEE). He expects to be at Ft Drum a few more months and wanted to get some wheels. He made the mistake of talking to Fuccillo Imports. BEWARE! He came out hearing that the salesman had made him a sweet deal. He got a SUBARU 2008 WRX with 400+ miles for only $38K! They saw this young man coming in with a smile on his face and money in is pocket and they ripped him off! My son had to have me co-sign and I got the papers in the mail since I live in another state, but didn't sign because it didn't look right. Unknown to me Fuccillo encouraged him to drive off the lot anyway with the new car, taking advantage of his inexperience, and knowing he'd have a hard time not going through with the deal, or possibly damaging the car in which case they could pin it on him. I checked with several local SUBARU dealers and in a few minutes established that FUCCILLO had ripped off this young ARMY man, by cheating him out of a $2500 rebate SUBARU is offering on 2008's (they pocketed it themselves), and cheated him on the loan rate, and other items. My son came home a couple of days later to show off his new car, and I took him to the local SUBARU dealer who was able to put him in a 2009 WRX with no miles on it, and save $6000 from the Fuccillo "good deal". My local SUBARU dealer said Fuccillo was dishonest for pocketing the rebate among other things. Since the deal at Fuccillo didn't go through, now FUCCILLO is giving my son a hard time about getting his deposit back. I have never encountered a more dishonest and disreputable dealer.

Avoid Fuccillo at all costs! While most businesses these days are struggling just to make a sale, these guys are ripping off the servicemen and women from Ft Drum who are risking their lives for our nation's security. They are cheats! And worst of all they are cheating our Military. Put these cheats out of business!

Average. Again, I'd shop here for a car if I was looking, but the salesmen there came off as rude and sketchy. They supposedly have a top notch service department, but if the salespeople there don't come up with some people skills the service department won't have many vehicles to service.
