Essex is one of the better kosher restaurants in Brooklyn. They just reopened after a fire and they did a renovation. Their food is really good and the prices are reasonable. I have eaten there many times over the years and have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a good meal, Essex is the place.

This Glatt Kosher Gormet Deli which also serves chinese is a legend. It has some of the finest Deli in Brooklyn. It is in middle of a vibrant and safe neighborhood. They even offer delivery. The do take-out, also do eat-in, they do catering and they do parties.
Great place to take the family out for a dinner (especially a large family)

PROS: Deli like no one else has
CONS: Some dishes are slightly greasy

This is an excellent deli. Fresh meat, DELICIOUS cole slaw. You get that real deli feel from the staff & scrumptious food. I wouldn't call this a classy place, but for good fast good deli, its top of the line!!
