My friend Nicole has the BEST HAIR IN THE WORLD!!! When I need advice w/what to do w/my hair, I ask Nicole-she referred me to DENISE...Denise will give it to you straight "if you want hair like Nicole's I can't promise that but I can give you the best advice as to what we need to do to get your hair healthy and beautiful" (by the way Denise has beautiful hair too so you know you're in good hands literally:) 2 weeks ago I walked into The Salon looking like 80's Tina Turner-my hair was in bad shape after 4 Japanese straighteners trying to grow back curls that had become just frizz-Denise looked at it like I'm ready for the challenge!! She recommended protein keratin treatment trim gloss-she had given me information prior to it and set my expectations. I came out w/beautiful hair!! Denise performed a miracle! I can blow it style it in 30 min what I couldn't do with the tons of hair and frizz ever!! I have beautiful silky hair!! Everyone's telling me how great my hair looks-I'm ecstatic!

I go to Catherine here and she's good and quick too! She gives me the best blowout i've ever gotten.
The shampoo girls arent the greatest though, and it's not the best customer service ...but prices are fairly cheap so you get what you pay for i guess.

The customer service is terrible. I had an appointment at 11 am, I arrived 5 mins early, told the receptionist I was here for my appointment, she was chatting to someone else who worked there, and barely looked at me and just nodded. So I sat down. It wasnt busy, I had been there before and the stylist knew who I was by sight. I waited, it was 11.20 & I thought maybe it was my mistake, I checked to see if my appointment was at 11:30 and I just wrote it down wrong. But no, when I asked the receptionist she confirmend it was at 11, and proceeded to chat with her friend. I was not offered a drink, no explantion or apology. I was stuck there, I needed to get my haircut badly and had to be at work by 2pm At 11.50, I asked the receptionist again, this time it was a smirk and an irritated look, and told to just wait, the stylist was nearly done with her client. I was eventually called over by the stylist at 12.15. The salon was NOT busy. I asked the stylist why i had to wait, she didnt have a good explanation and gestured to the reception area as if it was their mistake. Shes a great stylist, this is why I waited.
AS IF THIS WASNT BAD ENOUGH, When I paid, I gave them cash, and the receptionist gave me the wrong change, and was sure she was right, so I smiled and counted it out in front of her, she realized her mistake and smiled, like it was funny to short change someone $25! Again, no apology. The manager, I think the blonde guy, never asked me if I was OK when I was waiting, he seemes to think it is OK to wait an hour, midweek for an appointment! please clean up your manners here, you do great work, but the customer service HAS to change! The youngish over tanned ugly recptionist needs some manners.
