The Union Sq Theater is a very special off-broadway theatre. It's my favorite theatre on or off Broadway. It's absolutely beautiful inside and the seats all have great view from anywhere. The mezz. has also some great seats, but beware of the rear mezz seats which are very far. Also try to void the partial view seats which are usually rear orch. seats or front side orch. seats. Rush policy is avaliable and very recommended at the theatre too.
