The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous. There are several chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and the floors are carpeted. It's a good place to have a party at. It's roomy and large groups are easily accomodated. About six or seven different types of teas are available to sample (there's a display in the front). The food tastes great too. Never too salty and they offer a generous amount of food. The place is a bit more expensive than other restaurants around the area, but it's worth it. If you park in the municipal parking lot across the street the restaurant will give you a voucher that will let you get refunded for the parking costs the next time you eat there.
PROS: Parking, nice decor, good food
CONS: A little expensive
