Home Depot

Home Depot is a great store.

However, I wasted sooo much time trying to purchase a few items. I knew what I wanted. I simply needed someone to assist me in placing the heavy equipment on the cart.

So I search, search for a customer service rep..

I begin searching through aisles forever....

They all appear to be busy, or oblivious of my existence..

I wasted more time searching for a rep to simply assist me in placing a heavy item on a cart.

And one excuse was, I do not work in this dept. I did not ask for assistance, simply physical assistance in loading my cart.

I became so frustrated searching for ONE person to assist me so I left. Then again, they could have been all on lunchbreak.

I prefer ordering ONLINE now which is quicker, faster, more efficient.
