Judith Scott's approach to fitness and helping others to become and stay fit goes way beyond the norm; to her, personal means much more than fitness through physiology, and she brings much more than the usual knowledge to her work. Her background in the arts generally and dance more specifically combined with her intimate knowledge of the body and its potential lend a grace to her work that allows a truly elegant and thoughtful working relationship. Having worked with Judith for years, I have always been deeply impressed with how much and how well she pays attention to developing a relationship with her clients and through that relationship, really understands their needs and goals. To have Judith Scott in the world of personal fitness is a gift, and to work with her once is to know the difference.

Initially, I went to Judith suffering severe back pain. I could hardly use my right leg, the quads were beginning to atrophy. She got me going again and has kept me walking, virtually pain free, ever since. Would I recommend her? You bet! I've also benefited from her book, "Good Bye to Bad Backs" which reminds me of the proper stretching techniques to use between visits.

Pros: Knowledgeable, professional and, most of all, effective.

20 years younger. Judith is remarkable in that she does not bully her clients into doing more and more,
but inspires them to reach a higher potential. Whether she is using fitness techniques, Pilates, Stretch routines or Yoga movements, her range of knowledge and ability to discern the needs and possibilities of those with whom she is working is AWESOME!!!

She not only provides you with a customized program that works all the parts of your body, she varies that program every couple of months so that your body doesn't adapt to the same old exercises. Furthermore, she knows so much about anatomy and physiology that you start to understand your body and what you need to do for it, even if you're an ignoramus with regard to that kind of knowledge, as I am (or was). I can't recommend her fitness sessions highly enough.

She is amazing and goes into detail explaining everything I need to know to better my body. I will be a customer for life!
