Standard Pest Management

meeting after meeting with dozens of exterminators and you''d think my building wouldn't have any problems with pests. I'm a building manager in Manhattan, so not only do I have to deal with complaints from tenants but I have to deal with the rodents myself. I' m not going to say which building or where we are located but were below 125th street and we had problems! pests, insects, and rodents.During the summer, pests galore. We didn't find standard on Citysearch, I got one of the tech's names through another building manager, but these guys show up weekly, the problem is gone, finally gone. The complains have stopped along with my headaches. We don't get ripped off, they're out quick, the whole neighborhood does'nt know they're here doing work and we got no pests. I was beginning to think these pest problems would never go away.

Pros: they don't rip you off, handle buildings quickly, professional, descrite

Cons: I didn't find them sooner

My wife, myself and my kids had been complaining of itching, I assumed it was some type of heat rash. A couple days went by and I started to see little red bit marks on my kids backs. TO make a long story short, I immediately called a local guy from Brooklyn to check the place out, he said we had bedbugs, we got rid of the sheets, the beds everything. A week goes by we get attacked again. This time I ask a friend of mine who he uses, he gives me the number for standard, says they been in the biz for a while, The technician came quick, got rid of everything, gave us extra things so we would never have a prob. again. You never know how useful these companies are till you got a problem.

Pros: Fast, Very nice, Got done with the job quick, Affordable
