I was formerly represented by OneBeacon, then one day my policy changed to Adirondack. I have had nothing but poor experiences with them. I've called 3 times and each time the customer service agents were unhelpful, even downright rude.... And the worst part is, my insurance premium is more expensive since the company changed! I'm now paying more money for much worse service and I had no say in the matter, it's time to switch!
