I am talking about John Browne at the K-9 Center in Ronkonkoma. I brought my 2 yo GSD there because he was not listening to me and he growled at one of my 3 boys. John had us come down with my dog and he spent about 40 minutes with us evaluating him. There was no charge for this. He answered all of our questions. We did sign up for the training course and he worked with me and my family with my dog.
