Yes, they have nice clothes and the quality is nice but they are getting ridiculous with the prices. Yes, the coupons and savings are great. Every time I enter this store it seems as though the prices has gone up. The coupons don't mean a-thing if the prices keep climbing. Not only the prices are too high the clothes are too high on the wall. I just can't reach allot of the items to find my size because they are placed too high up on the wall. I can't find anyone to help me reach an item. It is very frustrating. The only time someone approaches me is to offer me a Lane Bryant card. The lines are too long and someone is always on the phone or on lunch. I have to wait until someone free up from the register in order to get in a dressing room. This is not good customer service. One time I made a purchase and when I arrived home I realized my coupon was not applied so I returned the next day to apply my coupon. They took all my clothes and said that I cannot return and repurchase those Items, that I needed to go back on the floor and find those items again. WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE? It is bad enough I can't get a helping hand on the floor or have a hard time finding my size. I was really upset. I told them that whoever made that rule need a life.

Lane Bryant caters to women that are plus sized ranging from size 14-30. My cousin loves shopping here, because it's the only place she can find clothing to fit her body shape. She's 6 foot 4 and a size 26 so getting trendy, hip clothing to wear that's affordable and fits her entire length is a problem for her, but Lane Bryant helps her slightly since they sell their clothes and also have them available in Tall.

Yet, Lane Bryant is very expensive. You can only shop here when they have a sale. Tops average about $35 a piece and pants and jeans are about $40-$60 and that's way too much. I think they do it deliberately, because I never pay that much for a top in normal stores, but she and other women who wear plus size clothing are being forced to pay by the yard for their clothes and it's very wrong.

Nonetheless, they actually have nice stuff in here. I've been jealous on quite a few occasions because some of the outfits and jackets are of better quality and more attractive than what you get in regular stores that don't cater to plus sized women.

The workers in this store are really lazy though. Most of the time, the clothing is mislabeled with the wrong price, clothing is on the floor and they just stand around talking with each other. The lines are really long (often as a result of those mislabeled prices) and there are no dressing rooms. Someone really screwed that up big time.

That said, do not purchase the items full price. Instead wait at the end of each week and they usually place some of the items on clearance. At the end of the month, they have a sizeable amount of significantly discounted clothes (you know the real price they're supposed to charge in the first place!).
