I would recomend this spa to anyone. I don't know what that last reviewer was talking about. The staff was very friendly and professional.

After going to this spa for more than 6 years, I was appauled at the bad reviews Feline got. Too rushed? Until I am ready to leave, everyone is so friendly and offers me drinks. On occasion, when they have bagels and chocolate, I also tend to eat those too and not once have I ever felt a bad vibe from them or them rushing me. These professinals know what their doing!

What a terrible experience. This place was greatly recommended by best of Citysearch, but I was completely disappointed. I was rushed into the changing room and my fashial and massage was unbelievably bad. Save your money. Go elsewhere there are over 400 spas in new york.

Great facials and waxing. Sia is awesome!!! Nice atmosphere. Not snotty like some other places.
Good hours. Highly recommend Feline.

Pros: Sia is the best for waxing -- and for facials. Her waxing is quick and painless. Would not go anywhere else!!!

Feline's Day Spa was highly recommended by friends. We booked a Saturday appt for a large party a few weeks in advance, and they were very accomodating to our individual preferences and took the time to consult with each of us personally to ensure our experience met our expectations.

I've been going to this spa for over a year. Lucina give themost amazing facial. Shes one of the best in the city and i highy recommend using her. The spa is clean and has the most reasonable prices. The decor is beautiful and i feel at home when i'm there.

They are fabulous at making something as unpleasant as electrolysis hair removal downright pleasant. I highly recommend the service! I have also had their basic pedicure and LOVED it. I think the staff is very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back!

because of the rave review on citysearch, I went for a half day of beauty (mani, pedi, facial, massage) - which was reasonably priced. the mani and pedi was excellent. especially the pedi (3 weeks and still has a shine to the polish). the pedi lady sprayed something on my toes right after the top coat - which I believe is what keeps it so shiny. the facial and massage were average - I've had better. did not get a real calm feeling of relaxation. Would come back for a pedicure again.

Feline's has been my "neighborhood" spa for years. Amazing facials, good massages, and good service. Have used many of the other services as well. While the treatment rooms aren't large, they are comfortable, private and completely quiet. They don't try to sell you anything you don't want, but are knowledgeable about their services and products.

The people there were really nice. The place is really nice and spacious. You are alone in every room they take you. I got the full day of beauty, the manicure and pedicure were regular, nothing special about it. The facial was amazing, I've never had a facial so good as that one. The massage was really good as well. The makeup and hair were ok.

One hundred and fifty words is not enough to express how terrible the services my sister and I received at Feline Day Spa were. We were misguided as to what types of manicures and pedicures we would receive and we were so disappointed at the appearance of our hands and feet the day before my wedding that we had to go to a different salon to have them all redone. Truly an awful experience and to top it off the customer service people could care less. I would never recommend anyone visit the spa again!

I went there with a gift certificate an had one of the best manicures & pedicures I've ever had - the massage was extremely relaxing and most of all the staff was very professional and courteous! I will definitely be back - again & again!

I called for a glycolic peel only! I was told it was $60, but whoever took the reservation signed me up for a PEEL + FACIAL which is what was done to me and I got charged $125. While the facial and peel were worth the money, it wasn't want I signed up for and was forced to pay it anyway. When I asked about it, the same receptionist who made my appointment accused me of failing to show up for an earlier appointment when in fact I called and rescheduled. The customer service is very, very poor, in fact I feel like they ripped me off. As long as you reconfirm everything when you get there BEFORE you get anything done, it is great because the estaticians are great and they do a good job.

Have been there a few times for different treatments....pedicure, Brazilian bikini and facial. THe pedicure was good and lasted....much better than the quickie places. As for the Brazilian Bikini wax....they use this blue wax which nearly painless.....as painless as a Brazilian can be.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND for first timers!!! And the facial was excellent....left my skin glowing, not blotchy and was relaxing too!

I went with my mother to get facials and she got a mani/pedi too. I was impressed by the experience of the staff. For being a small spa right around the corner, it has everything you need. It was a very relaxing experience with an exception of one thing. One of the receptionists was completely clueless (the other was fantastic) she added up all the totals wrong and before my appt she call my cell to ask where we were (our appt wasn't for another hour) Besides this one woman (who i am sure is probably fired by now) it was great and I reccommend it for you UWSers.

At $18 for a 30 min mani- I believe is well priced. Look no further- and create no further fuss!

My mother and I came her for a day of relaxation. The entire day was pleassant and extremely relaxing. We both had an hour massage that was one of the best we have ever had. Our facial was excellent as well. The woman was knowledgeable and very nice. We enjoyed this spa very much and look forward to going back there very soon.

I've been going to Feline for a while now & always love the facials I get from Marta. She always makes me feel relaxed & my skin looks refreshed when I leave. The staff are always friendly from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. Location is convenient too.

I've been going to Feline for a very long time for the excellent massages, manicures, and pedicures. All the employees are curteous, professional and very skilled at what they do. The facialist actually noticed a patch of dry skin on my nose which turned out to be a potentially dangerous growth, and I would not have had it checked if not for her alertness. All in all I can say I've had great experiences here, and look forward to my visits.

I had a nice experience while having my underarm's wax. Lucia was very professional and pulled my hair through a magnifying glass. Believe me it makes a big difference in the final result. The place is very friendly and provide the kind of atmosphere that is rarely (or never) found in typical nail salons. Go , you will not regret

I have never experienced such a pain-free bikini wax before in my life. It was actually relaxing, and even soothing. Best part: No ingrown hairs! The manicures and pedicures are also incredible.

I have used Feline's in the UWS for nearly 7 years. Although I have tried out various spas and "nail" places throughout Manhattan, I find that Feline's consistently provides quality care and patient service. The staff seems to have an artistic sensibility to their work, be it a manicure / pedicure, a European facial or an eyebrow wax or electrolysis treatment. For that reason, I have returned consistently to Feline's over the years.

It was very easy to get an appointment. I truly enjoyed the experience. Very different than the local "nail" place. The service was great and the ambiance was extremely relaxing. My french manicure and pedicure are still looking good and it been a full week. I would highly recommend Felines over just any ordinary nail place!

This was the only spa with a variety of packages - I could actually find one I wanted. Other spas always include something like a pedicure and if you simply want massage and facial or body wraps you are out of luck. Feline offers a good variety of packages. Their prices are very competitive. The location is also great, in the city but not too tough to find parking and there are quite a few good restaurants closeby.
Highly recommended.

For an end of the school year present, I was given a gift card for a 30 minute massage to help with the stress of finals. I had never heard of Feline's and ended up saving my gift card for a rainy day (after all, I go to a music conservatory- finals aren't that complex). Recently I've been having some back problems and made an appointment to have my massage. Turns out 30 minutes wasn't enough and as I was on the table I changed my appointment to a full HOUR! I enjoyed every minute of it, feel much better now and was given some helpful tips to stay healthy. I would recommend this spa to everyone, but then my new favorite place would never have room for me!

This affordable, yet exclusive feeling salon is unbelievable. The women who work there are soothing, warm and great at what they do. I love them for manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials. The salon itself is off the beaten track, off west end avenue, it feels like a good secret.

I would highly recommend this spa. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the service is excellent. you feel relaxed from the minute you walk in and the entire package of the place and services is excellent. You leave feeling better and energized. I plan on going back very soon.
