I was the last appt. of the day and I felt the reception was cold and aloof. Afterward she asked me to pay but there was no, "How was your massage?", "Thank you" or any personal communication, just the payment and silence. I didn't feel like you'd expect to feel from the staff. But the facilities were clean, pleasant and well stocked. The massage was adequate, but certainly not one of the best swedish massages I've had.

After moving to NYC a year ago, I spent months checking out different spas but was never too impressed. Then I came across Feline, and now I wouldn't go anywhere else! The atmosphere is very soothing and comfortable. The women who work at the desk are always friendly and are speedy at checking you in and out, which is something I especially value. All of the people who have provided my treatments have been exceptional! Truly, I can't even recommend one person over the other because they are all excellent! And the BEST Brazilian waxes I've ever had in my life- I hardly feel a thing!

Feline's is fabulous for mothers and daughters. I've been coming to Feline Day Spa for many years, and I can attest to their excellent service. When my 11-year-old daughter was plagued by a stubborn case of acne, she felt very self-conscious and was even made fun of at school for her troubled complexion. When I suggested Feline's, she resisted, but Donna quickly put her at ease with a 45-minute Teenage Facial designed for anxious adolescents. My daughter emerged smiling with glowing skin and greater self-confidence. Now both of us are regulars.

Feline Day Spa is a great New York Escape. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were wonderful. The spa has a nice ambiance. It is very peaceful. I would definely recommend this place.

i had a basic deep cleansing facial that was the best experience. the woman knew what she was doing, made me feel very relaxed, and explained how i should be treating/maintaining my skin. the hour i spent in the room went by too quickly. i left feeling like my skin was glowing. i would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back.

Feline's massages are by far the best I've had in the city; the massages are among the few things that can really take you away from the everyday stresses of life. Their therapists are professional and accommodating. I really like the selection of skincare and beauty products also. I can't wait to try out all the herbal wraps and facial treatments they offer.

Feline is FABULOUS. I went there on my wedding anniversary and... I had the BEST time!!! I highly recommend it. I tried other SPAs and I never found one nearly as good as Feline. You should make an appointment with them today!!!

I am a pedicure fanatic and if I get a bad one I am pissed to no end! I went to Feline's and this is by far the best place to receive a pedicure. Ia was my manicurist. She was so nice, friendly, and accomodating. I would recommend this spa to anyone who loves to be pampered.....I can't afford to go as much as I would like but I make sure I'm there once a month!

I have been going to Sia for three years and she gives the best wax in New York. I won't let anybody else touch my eyebrows. The spa overall has a very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and is really a gem on the upper west side. It's a perfect getaway.
The prices are also fair considering the quality of the services.

found feline a few years ago and have continued my request for their services, adding as I go along. their customer service is superb and have made me feel very comfortable. additionally, they have significantly improved my 'look' as well as my self confiedence as result of beauty treatments. I buy thier products and honestly can say that they have altered my way of life regarding self care.
also they are wonderful conversationalists and take interest in customer's lives.

I finally found a hairstylist that really listens to my requests and makes great suggestions as needed. Rosa has her own quarters off the main floor, and I always come out looking better than when I went in. My first visit, she easily corrected complaints I had about my last hair coloring, and I've been her steady customer ever since. Plus, she has lots of interesting stories about the Upper West Side since she is a long-time local.

The masseuses here are wonderful. They are very professional and the atmosphere in the room is very soothing. I've been here abuot 5 times with my girlfriend and we plan on going back soon.

Feline is one of those rare gems in Manhattan- after a few minutes into your treatment, all worries are forgotten. And, you wonder why you didn't book services for the entire day!

My husband treated me for mothers day. It was nice, but I had a bit of a cold so I don't think I enjoyed it as much as I could have. The facial part was great because of the steam in my face I could breath. I highly recommend the facials and meassages mani and pedi not so much there're always in a rush!!! I went last year for mothers day too. It was the same thing the facial part was great, but the girls at the mani pedi station rush you and make eyes at each about people there. Don't get me wrong this is not a bad review if you looking for a massage and facial then this is the spot for you, but if your looking for a mani and pedi then stop at your neighborhood joint I promise it will be more relaxing and less rushed.

Feline's offers us West Siders the same comfortable setting and full range of professional services available at many day-spas on the East Side. Nail services are excellent, reasonably priced, and of much greater quality than those available through the myriad of local nail salons. Hair-removal, too, is excellent and provided in very pleasant rooms. Facials, massage and a wide range of other services are also available.

I got a facial and massage at a great package rate - It was reasonably priced, compared to other spas in the city, and I left feeling relaxed and my skin was glowing! I would recommend it if you want to treat yourself or someone you love!

I've been to feline for a "day of beauty" and have gone back several times after for facials. They do a great job and there is no sales pressure to buy their products. The manicures and pedicures are always perfect!

I went for a wonderful pre-natal massage when I was pregnant. They were incredibly careful, and effective. I loved the table that they had and Stacy was fabulous!

Just recently went to Feline for the first time and feel like I have found a true gem! Their reflexology treatment was pure heaven. The therapist (Alexandra) was friendly, very skilled and terrific! The spa is wonderfully relaxing and, very resonably priced compared to other Manhattan spas! Can't wait for my next treatment!

I've been going to Feline's for years and follwed them to their present location. When you enter the spa, you find yourself in quiet and peacful surroundings after the bustle of Broadway stores outside. All of the services I've had are outstanding, including facials with Marsha and Christine, massages, body wraps, manicures and pedicures. The staff are respectful and attentive, and add special touches when they know you as a regular. My friends love Feline's too!

After almost a year of getting used to the hectic life of NYC -learning to read a map and to cross the street without getting hit- I finally decided to pamper myself. Hours of exhaustation ended when I entered this awesome and peaceful spa. I went for a facial and had the greatest one of my life. Alexandra took care of my face and turned my harsh-used-to-pollution-skin into baby skin. I will never regret this treat and will definetly go back!

Feline offers a wide variety of spa services. The massages and bikini waxes are excellent and priced reasonably compared to other Manhattan spas. I highly recommend Feline. It's an UWS oasis!

Well, we had never been here before, and i decided to treat my wife for our one year anniversary...We stayed across Broadway at Hotel Beacon (nice room), and had an appointment for a one hour facial and hair cut on a Saturday afternoon...Upon arrival they were a little busy, but my wife was soon taken into one of the private rooms for her facial...About two hours later i returned to find her looking beautiful and her skin was radiant, with a very smooth appearance...The hair cut was very soft, feminine and stylish...Needless to say, we were both thrilled and are looking forward to our next trip to what has to be one of the best Day Spas in NYC!!!

I went to Feline for my first-ever bikini wax and it wasn't even terrible! In actuality, it was a minor discomfort. My waxer was so professional, courteous and knew exactly what she was doing. No amateurs at this spa! If you've never had one but are entertaining the idea, go for it. You'll be happy you did.

I have been coming here for years. A neighborhood spa on the upperwestside. It was the first of its kind. Clean, quiet, and relaxing. A great place for a manicure and pedicure and the only place I trust for my waxing. My feet are like new after my pedicure.

I go to this spa all the time. The staff is so polite and not snotty like other spas. I am only 25 and they never treat me like a young person. They always can squeeze me in when I need an appointment last minute. I have been to many different spas and this one is great. I have also had a few different women treat me and they have all been great. Overall it is a great environment to release your stress and unwind.

I've been a regular at Feline for several years and have never been disappointed. While I am most familiar with the wonderful facials, pain-free waxing, and first rate manicure and pedicures, I have occassionally gone "all out" and had one of the wide variety of pampering body treatments and massage. For professional service in a relaxing setting , Feline cannot be beat!

Today was my first trip to Feline's and I have to say that I had the most relaxing, enjoyable day. I had a mani/pedi/facial and massage and the staff was wonderful. They were friendly, skilled and informative. I would definitely recommend Feline's and know that I will be booking another visit soon.

I booked a 1/2 day package at Feline (facial, massage, manicure & pedicure). The facialist was great and the results lasted. My skin felt great and looked great for several days. I had never had a massage before so I have nothing to compare it to...I would have preferred something a bit firmer but it was still very, very good. The manicure and pedicure were excellent...its been 2 weeks and my nails are still chip-free. The thing that impressed me the most is that they didn't try and push a bunch of products on me.

After years of overpriced facials and dermatologists ruining my skin with over prescribing medicine, I went to Feline after reading the great reviews. Helena was honest and helped me understand what was going on with my skin. I saw results in 2 weeks and my skin has never looked better! This was the first time I listened to the products that were recommended after receiving a facial and it made all the difference in the world. I am now on a daily skin care regiman that works for me!
