I recently got a bikini wax and a facial at feline. I was impressed with the service. The beautician was very knowlegable and gave me good advice about which facial I should have for my skin type. The bikini wax was quick and painless. I will definitly be visiting Feline again.

Although I have only explored their manicures and pedicures, I must admit they are by far the best in the city. The service is examplary, the staff is super friendly and no matter how busy it is, you are always treated VIP! I highly recommend it.

Feline has a long history on the upper west side. It is a great day spa with competent professionaol staff providing great services at reasonable prices. They offer lots of variety in services. I really love the facials and massages - plus they offer 30 minute treatments when time is short.

for a great, relaxing facial this is the place! the manicures and pedicures are always neat and stay shiny for a couple weeks. it's a great location, and my fave. convenient weekend "getaway."

I regularly go to Feline to get waxed. I have never been disappointed. The staff is very professional and the waxing is done expertly. I have also had a massage there which I liked. I have been to a lot of spas in NYC and I find Feline to be consistent and reliable as well as appropriatly priced.

Feline's is a treat. I've had pedicures that last for 2 months and manicures for 2 weeks and longer. Their facials are not to be missed -- I feel years younger after having one. The staff is special. It feels like home to me when I return to New York after being in Europe for months. I rush off to be pampered. And..... the prices are honest and affordable.

The best facials in NYC. Before I discoverd Feline Spa I have tried to treat my rosacea skin in every major NYC Spa. This is the only place where my skin is calm and radiant for a couple of weeks after the facial!!!!!! Thank you Johanna!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had some pretty bad waxing experiences, but decided to try one last time at Feline. The space was very clean, the staff welcoming, and the aesthetican was very kind and made me feel relaxed. I've gone to her twice now and had great results. The price is very reasonable, too!

I go here for my regular pedicure and keep going back after trying budget nail salons and other high-end spas, because the service is impeccable and the mani/pedi lasts much longer than any I've had. The ladies who work there are expert in the services they offer and are very courteous and attentive. Though I haven't personally used their other spa services, I am confident in recommending feline's for all your spa needs.
Their facilities are super-clean and have the latest in spa trends. Also, they are very well-priced for the neighborhood and for the upscale atmosphere.

I discovered Feline Day Spa about 2 years ago and have been hooked ever since. Their prices are very reasonable, the ambiance is both professional and relaxing, and I've never had the polish from a manicure and pedicure last so long! The staff is incredibly friendly and you're always made to feel welcome. I recommend this spa for anyone who lives even remotely near the Upper West Side!

I live on the upper west and go to Feline often for various treatments. The location of the spa is great - it's very convinients and you don't have to wait for days on end to get an appointment. I had a facial there two weeks ago - the girl was super nice and didn't try to push on me unnecessary products/ treatments. I often reccomend them to friends.

From the moment you walk in, the soothing music softly piping through the spa, coupled with the warm welcoming environment are enough to make you want to stay awhile. The facials are magical, the manicures and pedicures to die for, and the staff is professional and courteous. They also offer a wide range of beauty and skin care products. I followed my aesthetician there from another spa and I'm happy I did.

Felines is comfortable and hygienic and the emphasis is on the treatment or service, not chi chi details, although it does provide lots of amenities (including a wonderful heated toilet seat, a locker room and showers). The staff is experienced and professional -and that includes the women at the front desk. It's relaxing to be there - as it should be, but isn't always the case at other day spas I've visited.

Feline Day Spa is one of the most professionally run day spas that I (an avid spa enthusiast) have found. Flexibility and customer focus make scheduling appointments easy. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, and all of the women who provide service are caring, thorough, and well trained. I consistently get excellent manicures and pedicures and always leave Feline feeling well taken care of and valued as a customer.

Feline's is conveniently located on the Upper Westside, service is customized to each customer's needs and requests, reasonably priced, products are of the highest quality, and the space is peaceful and comfortable, with a front desk operation that is exceptionally customer oriented, warm and welcoming. I especially apppreciate the Sunday schedule which allows me to start my work week thoroughly refreshed.

I have been to this spa 3 times. The first time was for a warm, heated body scrub/message that was heavenly. The other two times were for facials. They are truly facial experts...and they will take the extra time to do what is exactly needed in case time is running out. They never try to shove products in your face to buy. It is very laid-back, professional, clean, and super relaxing. I recommended for sure!

I regularly go to this welcoming neighborhood spa for waxing services, which have always been very good. It is convenient, reasonably priced and offers a nice, serene environment. I did get a facial once and did not have a very good experience--I was encouraged to buy a product that ended up being too harsh on my face. It didn't seem like the staff person did a thorough job of assessing my skin type.

I've been going to Feline's for over ten years, and find the services incomparable. The staff is friendly and personable and the quality of their work is of the highest order. The manicurists and pedicurists are the best in the city, and the massages are vaired and exquisite. The salon is intimate yet has a neighborhood and international feel. Men are welcome. There is no attitude here, so come and enjoy.

I have been a client of Feline since I moved to New York 14 years ago. The estheticians, Marta especially, is as knowledgable as she is relaxing and gentle; truly magic fingers. I always come out of there refreshed and glowing... and looking and feeling years younger.

I got a 50 minute massage from Feline and had a good experience. Ivana, my masseuse, was much firmer than I was used to, but I really enjoyed it. I usually feel extremely tired after a massage, but this time felt both relaxed and invigorated. She did a great job balancing feel-good and more deep-tissue techniques. As for the spa itself, the receptionists were fairly friendly, the decor was nice and clean, and, for the city, the services seemed slightly cheaper for the quality than I've seen elsewhere. I wasn't a huge fan of the large room up front as a pre-massage waiting area (it would have been nice to have a separate, more dimly lit room where customers could instead relax in robes while they wait), particularly because my masseuse was running 15 minutes late. Overall, howerver, I would definitely recommend Feline.

Well I had a great weekend! Do you want to know why? Because I went to Feline's for some tlc and got it! They are great, and specifically, SIA is awesome. Very careful, very gentle and right on target. She is one of the best aestheticians I have met in a long time. She really knows her craft. I am so glad I found Feline's and tried it out!

Great upper west side spa ... friendly ... clean ... and the treatments are relaxing and wonderful. Nice extras include candles, towels and toiletries in the locker room for client use. Buy one of the spa robes, too ... the best robe ever!

For a waxing pro, you need look no further than Lucyna at Feline. I've been going to her for years, and she is always professional, on time, respectful and dare I say, accurate. She also gives a phenomenal facial. Beyond that, go to Ia or any of the manicure mavens - they're all great, so sweet and they do a great job. I suppose the best thing of all is the price - you'll save a small fortune compared to those high end spas that don't give you the individual attention that Feline does.

I have been going to Sia at Feline's for about many years. While initially reluctant to get my brows waxed, Sia made me feel comfortable and shaped them to look tailored to my face. She is very skilled and does not rush. I particularly like how she uses a tweezer to get the extra hairs that need attention. Sia is freindly and takes time to get to know you. I can get an appointment with her very easily.I would recommend Sia for an eyebrow wax and look forward to treating myself to other treatments at the spa!

nicely located a couple of steps off of broadway, this fountain of youth & relaxation is never over crowded on your way in or out, and has private quarters for its innovative spa treatments, so that you don't hear the blow-drier over the relaxing mood sounds played during your facial or while you're getting a pedicure.
