In my opinion, this is quite simply the best pizza in Buffalo! (The wings are great, too!)
My husband & I are big pizza fans & have tried many establishments in the Buffalo area. Casa Di Pizza is by far our favorite. It's definitely worth driving a little out of my way after work to pick up dinner there.

Pros: Fabulous homemade crust & sauce!

Cons: They don't deliver to my current neighborhood :-*(

My friend and I have gone to Casa-Di-Pizza a few times, and allthough a little pricey, the food was pretty good. The other day I was taking my daughter to Children's Hospital next door. We were looking for a parking spot on Hodge Street, but were unable to find one. I decided to pull half way into Casa-Di-Pizza's rear parking lot so that I could then back out onto Hodge and head back up the way I came. As I pulled in, an employee sitting in a Casa-Di-Pizza van, who wasn't too happy, started honking at me and waving me out. I tried gesturing that I was just turning around and not pulling in. He bacame even more irate and started honking again and gesturing for me to get out. Again, I tried indicating that I am just turning around and not pulling into their parking lot. As I began heading up Hodge Street, I threw up my hand to him as to say, "What the heck your problem?". At that point he gave me the finger. Now if he had just rolled down his window to politely tell me that I wasn't allowed to park there, I would have kindly let him know that I wasn't trying to park there and I would have been on my way. Needless to say, I for one will not be going back to Casa-Di-Pizza again.

On the other hand, if you want some halfway decent food and at the same time get flipped off by one of their employees, I would strongly recommend them.

The best thing about Casa Di Pizza is their sheet pizza-- always order take out & you'll be fine! Favorite sheet pizza in the area-- you really can't find a better one, and it's the same price as a specialty pizza. Some places, you can't find a sheet pizza, and this is pretty quality.

Casa-Di-Pizza is popular more for its convenience and atmosphere than its food at this point. It is fairly pricey and only of average quality, which is unfortunate because it used to be much better. Casa is where I first had a calzone, and it was a memorable experience. Wonderful. The last time I had one there, however, it was goopy and undercooked with much too much tomato sauce. It will be awhile before I go back.

A great place for a casual meal at a great price. Great pizza, huge salads, good beer selection. They even give you the option of having your sub on a multi-grain roll, or your pasta entree served with whole wheat penne. A great local standby - nothing fancy/gourmet, but a great spot for dinner during the week (M-W they have a great dinner special!). You can also eat in the restaurant's bar, JJ's, and watch a baseball game or check out whatever the regulars have on. Great waitstaff, too!

Casa Di Pizza is located on Elmwood avenue in Buffalo. This place has an extensive menu. The food is decent here, but nothing besides the pizza and wings has ever blown me away. But I do really enjoy the pizza and wings. It is consistently always very good. It seems like this place is trying to grow but they should stick to the roots, just get the pizza.

The food is just so-so. Nothing had any real flavor. The kids meals are cute though. Kids can make their own pizza--the waitress brings out dough, sauce, and toppings for the kids. We won't be back. Parking is very limited as well.

PROS:
CONS: Blah food.

I had not been to Casa Di Pizza in many years, and recently returned for dinner. Our waitress was very slow, one of our pizzas was burnt in places, and one of our dessert orders was ignored. The dessert order was complimentary after we inquired where it was.
The cost is very expensive for a pizza in Buffalo. This is a cheap, good pizza town, and Casa Di Pizza definitely failed on both those criteria. If the pizza crust is visibly black, I would suggest the pizza be disposed of and another made in its place. I will say that because we waited so long for our food, we did not point out the burnt areas to our waitress. We did not want to wait any longer to eat.
I was more perplexed by this slow service due to the lack of crowds in the restaurant. We were one of four tables that evening.

Casa di Pizza has the best deep dish dough anywhere. When I come into town, this is the place I go for Pizza. Very fluffy, moist dough, with a crispy outer crust. You cannot beat this. Sometimes service can be slow, such as after a football game. I recommend calling ahead to pre-order your extra thick pizza as wait times can easily hit 35 - 40 minutes.

Buffalo NY is known world-wide for our chicken wings! Of all the wings I've ever had, none even come close to Casa-Di-Pizza's BBQ'd wings! They're worth the travel from anyplace just for their BBQ wings, and their subs and pizza is super too! The wings are cooked, then BBQ'd, then recooked on an open fire giving them a great smokey flovor with an awesome sticky sloppy sauce, absolutely the BEST in Buffalo by far!

Casa di Pizza was my neighborhood pizzeria growing up, and I have yet to find pizza that lives up to its standard. The crush is doughy but not too thick, the cheese is tasty and just the right texture, the sauce is fantastic, and on my favorite pie, the pepperoni is always nice and crispy around the edges. Their chicken wings are also fantastic. I am always sad that my parents don't live in Buffalo anymore, so I very rarely have a chance to eat at Casa's.

When I am in Buffalo, I always want Casa-Di-Pizza. I love their pizza, their ribs and their calzones!!!

The servers are very kind... the brassy Buffalonian types!

Great place to eat... everyone should go!
