All I can say about this restaurant is truly amazing. Wonderful service, all the staff were very coordinated. Super delicious food, from the appetizer up to the main dish.\r
The place, the surroundings were so nice. You could see live lobsters inside the restaurant. The fish-shaped tables were so eye-catching.\r
I would definitely be coming to this place. And I would bring some of my friends so that they would also be able to taste the goodness of this restaurant.

In chains like this, you are bound to hear varied reviews, and true, some Reds are run quite shabbily. This is not one of them. Many people call themselves above Red Lobster, yet go to a TGI Fridays or Outbacks, so there will always be hypocrites. Frankly, I have been to about a dozen different Red Lobster locations. I consider Red Lobster to be just slightly a cut below Legal Seafood, but really, only because Legal is a later arrival and knew what they had to improve upon. None of R.L.'s previous flaws reared their ugly heads in Nanuet so the two chains are even in my book at present. \r

Red Lobster's signature ""cheesy biscuits"" were sinfully delicious as usual, and the $6 to $8 dollar drink to kick off the festivities came right away. We chose one of the newer appetizers, at least new to our eyes: the Lobster Pizza, and it was very good. We also chose the New England Sampler, which had four scallops wrapped in bacon, fried clam strips and stuffed mushrooms. For entrees, my wife had the Admiral's feast, and the lobster tail in it was a good gamble this time - it was firm and fresh tasting. I had a grilled rainbow trout dish and had Snow Crab Legs as an add on. The Crab Legs were also a winner. Past encounters with the legs and tails and scallops at times in other locations over the years have sometime yielded less than fresh or hot results, and that may have added to the bad reputation that haunts the chain. I have to also mention that I've read quite web few reviews that border on bigotry in pointing out that a fairly large number of minorities frequent these establishments. We seem to have no shortage of people that sniff at having to dine in diverse company. We were there at 7pm on a Saturday, which is heading into peak operation in any food establishment. The crowds and the noise level increases, though it's never as chaotic as the more youth oriented ""Fridays"" scene. I recommend this location highly.

Pros: A lots of staff and an attentive floor manager meant there was a coordinated, swift service regimen.

Cons: We pulled a waitress that was a bit brusk, but it didn't look intentional - some folks are just trolls.
