This landscaper is wonderful. They are very thorough, they do not rush to mow your lawn and get on to the next house, they take the time to really pay attnetion to detail and will trim hedges, pull weeds all sorts oflittle extras to make your yard look perfect. the staff is nice and the prices are good

Just bought a new home and Dragonetti was reffered to me by a neighbor. She was right! everything i asked for was provided to me.
My plants, bushes and trees are growing beutifull..Thank Drangonetti.. i will continue using there services.

they wasted my time for 5 weeks...owner meets me, then tells me to wait for his designer they are hiring. designer and i are trying to meet up (a couple of schedule conflicts), she gets fired 2 weeks later, owner meets me AGAIN - im supposed to get plans, estimate in 4 days. never get. i call, owner says i will get proposal @ end of week. again, i never get. they havent even called me back. and this was a referral to me!
my rental garden apt was also empty for easy access for their workers to get in and out. again, more time wasted and now i will have to inconvenience my upcoming tenant.
they are not reliable nor trustworthy nor dependable.
im sure if they read this they will know exactly who this is. too bad. i had three properties for them presently and another coming up in a year (2 rooftop gardens) if of course they wanted. they obviously dont care about referrals or repeat business. i have 2 restaurants heavy on customer interaction!
shame on me for being dragged around for that long too.

At 12:30 pm, I called Dragonetti and ordered flowers to be delivered at 8 pm. I then got a call from a friend at 3:30 pm who said they probably were already delivered. I then called Dragonetti at 3:30 pm and asked whether they had been delivered yet. The woman answering the phone told me there was no way she could find out.
