It's a total scam.

In my case they took my deposit, never showed up or called, and refused refund.

DO NOT USE THEM.

This company moved us back in Feb. 2006. I lived in an apartment which is 3 flights up. First off, they sent 2 guys, one of whom was allergic to cats (I have 3). Needless to say he could not be in my apartment to help move, therefore it was the one remainding guy and my husband who did the majority of the moving until 2 of their other men came, which took a few hours since they got lost finding the apartment. So finally they got their truck loaded with my furniture and belongings, we did not know where we had wanted alot of the stuff since we were moving in temporarily with another family member and space was tight so we asked them to put the things in the garage for the time being, we would work it out ourselves. The furniture itself they did put in the house and pretty much broke almost everything, including my 1 year old son's crib, all the while the main guy I believe his name is Seth (don't quote me on that because it was awhile ago) anyway, all he did was talk about his tip. Now, 7 months later we moved again, of course hired a totally different moving company, and when it came time to move the things Top Priority had put in the garage we discovered that everything was literally piled ontop of one another, broken, and destroyed. I have lost thousands of dollars because of them, I had to replace so many things that they broke, including a drivable Barbie Volkwagen Beetle that we bought for my daughter for Christmas that cost $300. The thing was literally mangled because these careless people just THREW everything ontop of it!Not to mention, they brought a very expensive air conditioner that we had, they did put this in the house, not the garage but come the summertime when we went to install it, we found out that they left the sleeve to it in the window in the apartment we had moved from, now it was useless. Unfortunately, by the time I realized they broke everything it was already 7 months later and too late to complain. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, they are beyond careless and had I known any of this sooner I would have reported them. The only good thing about them was their price but I guess now I know why, you get what you pay for!

This service was not as good as I had expected. The only reason I chose this place was because I had shopped around and found that thier prices were reasonable. They did an okay job, but I should have been careful when one of the workers asked about the tip up front, before they even did anything. He stated a minimum tip and I told him not to worry about it and that I would tip them. They brought most of the items in. But because I wanted them in the basement, they said that they were too big and wouldn't fit. I ended up bringing them in with a few friends later and they fit fine, I guess they were just lazy. Not what I had expected. I should have called the manager, but I just let it go.
