I received my Rolex submariner and Yachmaster and my Breitling
Navitimer from your watch shop and I am very happy with your work. The watches all looks great and is running perfect- seems accurate after 48 hours and the reserve power is great. The watch bracelets are all clean and shine looks great too. Thanks! I am sure we will be in contact in the future. Thank again for a great job!!

Took my watch to Ron Gordon today after researching for a good place to fix my Omega Seamaster, found all these great reviews of him when I got to his store there were 4 other people waiting for service I admire that he took his time to explain his work to each of us as I happened to be the last person so I was listening what he had to say to each person right away I felt I was in the right place. He did a great job on repairing my watch, it was loosing a few minutes a day and he fixed it, took all the scratches on the case and bracelet, look like when I first got my watch. I will now have to recommend him to everyone I know. Great to know you have some of these skill people like Ron Gordon around the city. Thanks Ron. Daniel Forsythe.

Just pick up my Omega Constellation watch it looks like the first day I got it. All the scratches from the bracelet is gone. I was not happy that it was losing 3 minutes every week I took it to Ron Gordon Watch repair at Madison NYC for repair. I am more than happy and satisfied with the work done on my Omega. Other jewelers wanted to charge me more than $800.00 to repair. You did a fantastic job Ron. I was glad I read your reviews and took my watch to you . I will be bringing in my dad's old Rolex for you have a look at I don't believe he ever had it service. I know you are a trusted guy so this is where I will be coming. Thanks again Ron. My watch arrived yesterday afternoon and has been keeping perfect time thanks for polishing up the case. The watch never looked better. I had no idea where to send my old Hamilton but after browsing the internet for awhile, your website impressed me the most. I'm so glad I chose you to do the work. I am writing this from London. I was visiting NY City and was looking to buy a vintage Zodiac watch (Moon Phase) I did not want a new watch, I found that Ron Gordon Watches had a lot of these Zodiac in stock so I contacted him via email we were going back and forth he had the world of patience with me because I had to be sure. When I arrived at his store I was so surprised at his collections he has some nice vintage Hamilton too. I bought my Vintage Zodiac moonphase and also ending up buying a vintage Hamilton from him. He was a very pleasant person to work with. I also found out that he bought out the entire Vintage stock of parts for Zodiac in 1980 so I know should anything go wrong with my vintage Zodiac he can repair it with the right parts. It was truly a pleasant experience to work with Ron. Highly recommended.

I called Ron Gordon on the phone after reserarching him on the internet that he is a Breitling dealer. He was very nice to talk to on the phone, so I felt confident when I place my order on my Super Avenger chronograph. He patiently explaned all the features on this watch, he give me the confident to buy my dream watch for my birthday. I live in Florida so he had to ship it to me.Received my watch 3 days ago, it was wrap in gift paper I was shocked so beautiful wrapped. I am enjoying my watch. I have enjoyed my Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date for 30 years and recently there was a need for major maintenance. There were many concerns about where could this be done effectively, securely, and at a reasonable cost. After exploring places where this could be accomplished I found the Ron Gordon Watch Repair site after reading all the good comments from other customers I decided to give it a try to use his service. I really didn't know which way to turn to repair my old Breitling watch. I found Ron Gordon watches with lots of good reviews on the internet and decided to give them a try since they were experienced with Breitling watches, and an authorized dealer for Breitling. The watch runs great and looks shinier than I remember when I brought it. I really couldn't be much happier with my watch repair done by Ron Gordon. Thanks for your help in restoring my watch again. This is a trustworthy fine watch repair shop, completed in a timely manner as promised by a truly professional watch maker. I was delighted when my forty year old Rolex arrived back to me looking as good as the day it was bought. It is good to know that in this disposable world there are still highly skilled craftsmen. Just receive my Omega Constellation from Ron Gordon Watches what a great job! Wow! This is the best watch repair place in NYC.
My bracelet is all polished no more scratches. I would say this guy the leading repair specialist. Ron will have now have my family entire collection of all our luxury Swiss wrist watches for repair when needed. If you are looking an experience no nonsense guy this is the place to come. Ron Gordon Watches did a great job in repairing my Omega Seamaster watch. The bracelet look all new again The hands were all replaced which makes the watch looks so good. Thanks Ron, I will be returning to service my Omega when I need to again. Great work.

Everything looks great and I am extremely pleased with you and your staff. Ron left a very detailed note regarding the actions to be taken to maintain my Omega Co-Axial watch and all is good. Thank you for being on top of things and being patient with me.

Having read the previous reviews I am happy to report that this business did a great job on repairing my fathers Vintage Zodiac watch . It isn't easy finding someone who can knowledgeably do the work, especially on an older vintage piece. I cannot believe you were able to replace the scratch crystal. Ron you did a great job. I've got to say- I talked to a fair number of folks about performing this service for us, and I had even tentatively scheduled someone else first, but then I talked with your office. The woman I spoke with were very friendly professional and and it was such a positive experience, that I canceled the other appointment I had already tentatively scheduled and decided to go with your company. Your phone folks went out of their way to help get us an appointment as soon as possible, as we had a deadline to meet. I worked in customer service as a rep and manager for over 10 years, and was really impressed with the folks who represented your company to me, including the guy who came out to actually do the work. Not only does my Rolex looks fantastic, but the technician seemed genuinely concerned about his work and our deadline and was just downright pleasant. I am SO impressed with your company! Your management is smart- it looks like you hired the right personand know that good customer service means repeat customers and referrals. I never written a review before but I saw people writing about all these watch places they went to have their watches fix and did not like what they experience I felt terrible for them. So guys if you want to have a professional watch repair specialist handle your nice watch, the guy to go to is Ron Gordon he is a simple guys who will tell you exactly what is required on your watch. He has been repairing my Breitling for the past 30 years and I have had a problem since. Great guy. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic job!! Thanks Ron Gordon!! I found 4 watches in my parents attic had no idea what they would cost to fix. Ron on the spot took his time on each one and told me exactly what work he will be doing on them. I had 3 Rolex, and an old Omega watch, he told me 4 weeks to fix them, received my watches after 4 weeks, Great job!!
I highly recommend Ron Gordon to repair your watches. Very simple guy.

I bought my old Hamilton to fix and I did know what to expect but I walked out feeling really good for such a find job done on my watch. His price is reasonably, and timing was good. I was very happy with his service and will recommend him to everyone who is looking for a good service on their expensive time piece one of the best guy around midtown.

Gordon Ron Watches sells a decent selection of used watches. Nothing to spectacular but some nice pieces. Where they really stand out is in the repair end of the business. They do a nice job and are reasonable in there pricing for the repair jobs.

Gordon Ron Watches has a decent assortment of vintage time pieces. There specialty is fixing broken down watches and they do good work. The service is impeccable and they will explain how they intend on fixing your watch before they start. A good place.
