I have been coming pretty offen and must have gotten all of their services so far. I really have absolutely no complaints. The prices are very affordable, The service is satisfactory and the front desk girl are always on top of what needs to be. I don't really stay with some one,
but prefer Stella and Tatiana. Thanks for everything and keep up your great work .

am pretty sure this is the cheapest brazilian wax in New York. No fuss no muss. I think its perfect for what I need. I dont need to be too personal with my waxer after all. So its friendly and thats perfect for me.

yes the prices are cheap BUT there's a reason for it! the people who work there are incompetent! I understand that a lot of times there is a language barrier in places like these.... BUT this is your JOB!!! you should know the difference between a BRAZIALIAN and a REGULAR BIKINI! and then after you mess up do NOT make it seem like you are doing me a favor by only charging me for a regular bikini wax and not the brazialian!!! THAT I HAD ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR!! I used to refer people here- NEVER AGAIN! RUDE SERVICE! and incompetent people..... :( :( :( :( :( :(

I like these guys better than any other spa or salon in the city. Truly relaxing and seet people. I will return here from now on. they are so far earning all the business that they have. facial, massage all rule!

I just moved to the city from Boston and was looking for a place to get my waxing and nails done, my friend recommended this spot. The space is a bit small but the girls are nice and very professional plus everyone got a funny European accent. It was the fastest wax job I've ever had and they didn't miss a hair. My mani and pedi were great too. The only thing is it took a little time for the conversation to start but once it did we were like best friends. I definitely recommend this place. Just take your time and get to know the girls that work there.

I have been going to this salon for years and years. I love it here..they always update there equipment . I never had a problem with there staff, they are always super friendly. They laser-remove my unwanted hair, as well as manicure me. I never have to wait and I always have a warm greeting from the front desk! Don;t listen to the other reviewers, they must be competitors whom are jealous, because this salon is always wonderful! PS I met my boyfriend at this salon..lol

Well, I just completed my 6th laser treatment for permenant hair removal on my full body here and I am hair free.... The center was running a special and it was well worth it. I actually fly down from Miami every 6-7 weeks to get my treatments done here. It is well worth the trip! Planefare, hotel and meals are less expensive along with my laser treatments compared to Florida! The staff is nice and I am always taken on time! My laser technician at the Beauty & Youth Spa is someone I feel very comfortable with! The front desk is very nice as well.. I don't miss any other my laser technicians from the other spas..I will be back when I start to age or get brown spots and do some phto rejuvination treatments! LOL...Thanks to this center I am hair free and just in time to avoid this NYC cold weather!

I moved out of New York to Maryland and still come back to get my waxing done. It is cheap, clean and all the staff are very friendly. It's not an upscale looking place but as we all know....looks can be deceiving. This place was recommended by a friend and I have recommended so many people since my first brazilian bikini waxing 4 years ago there. They make you feel very comfortable, they will have a conversation with you to take your mind of the pain (for first timers), and they offer a variety of services. The staff is extremely courteous (in person and over the phone) and did I say cheap? I get underarm, leg and bikini done all for less than I would here in Maryland (and I don't see one single hair left). Like I said, I will jump on the bus from Maryland and travel there to get waxed, spend a day in the city with friends and still end up saving money in the end! Places that claim to be upscale sometimes don't even do as good of a waxing job as Beauty & Youth. Alla does my waxing and she is off the hook....she's excellent, very professional and very friendly. They always want to make sure you are satisfied with your service.

I go to this salon a few times a month for nails and waxing. My manicurist Stella is very thorough, probably the best pedicures I ever got. I never got waxing before this salon and Alla made me feel very comfortable and now I'm addicted! The place is a little small, but I prefer good service and price over fancy real estate. They are open until 9pm, great for my busy schedule!
