4 Stars: Rice is tasty and inexpensive (by Grandmaster C.)

Rice is tasty and inexpensive. They have an excellent assortment of healthy rices and sauces that you can add to any dish. Their edamame is always the best and only $3. Small dishes, around $6, are usually enough for a meal, and the large, around $9, is big enough to split. They also have awesome homemade fruit juices. You can either eat in with table service or eat there at the takout half. It is a nice but unpretentious place.

4 Stars: RICE (by Blythe P.)

I LOVE this restaurant! Reasonably priced, great casual yet upscale atmosphere. There's an excellent selection of food, especially if you're a vegetarian. I recommend the Shrimp Satay or Tofu Steak. The tea selection is divine. You should def try the array of honeys they have to offer. Be sure to get there early, though. There's usually a wait at dinnertime, as the dining room is small.

PROS: initimate and yummy
CONS: small, crowded at peak times

4 Stars: Good, Cheap, eats in SoHo (by Nikema P.)

For good, cheap food in SoHo, try Rice. Each entree is rice based. You get a choice of rices and entrees to accompany it. I reccomend the thai curry shrimp. A small bowl is plenty for one person and costs about $6 to $7 dollars.
