It's a shame the food was so mediocre when the view is lovely.
Our party ordered four different dishes and none of us were pleased with our orders. The rice was suppose to be "wild rice" and we were served "white rice" and the Red Snapper our guest ordered was served plain when it was suppose to come with salsa.
Upon leaving the restaurant we encountered the manager who asked us how we liked the food and when we said it was so-so he explained that he had purchased the restaurant last year and he needed a new chef. Unfortunately, for his customers he should have thought of that sooner.
He did give each of us a three dollar coupon off our next order but why should we spend more money there when you can get better food somewhere else.

Stopped in for my first try at Steamboat. We were greeted promptly. Our server was polite and courteous. Our food arrived and I must say, I was impressed first by the appearance and next by the taste. Great flavor! I will certainly spreadthe word about dining at Steamboat!

New Ownership and very poor. Service is barely adequate-food is acceptable but have trouble with basic steak grilling. Management seems unfaised by problems. Dirty areas and mirrors on tables were filthy. Used to eat there frequently but never again. No response to three e-mails regarding a bad experience while dining with my eighty year old parents the eve of mothers day.
