Bottini Fuel

We recently had a horrible experience with the installation of our high efficiency furnace. We started the process and in May and now it's October and have a furnace that is not functioning properly. None of the Technical Specialists have been able to repair my furnace and Heil is not returning Bottinis calls. Luckily I have a little heat coming out of my furnace and I am not totally freezing. I wrote an E-mail to Bottini's owners and have not gotten a response as of yet. I am basically sick of calling everyday at this point because nothing happens. Luckily I have disputed my charge through the credit card company and may see some results. They installation was very amateur and there are lots of sloppy mistakes. Too many to list but venting the exaust out the side of my house instead of the existing Flu and leaving the 25 year old duct work to rot away. Also the ducts were not cemented to the main box like they are supposed to be. Another mistake was a single stage thermostat on a multi stage- furnace . This is not what I expect from a $5000.00 Dollar furnace!!!!!!!!!!!Bunch of damn crooks if you ask me.

This is the one company to stay away from if you are looking for heating oil or propane. Not only do they charge the most, but the woman who answers the phone is rude, and seems to be angry all the time, no matter how polite you try to be.
