.

Out of all the bakeries in Flushing, this has the most refined and delicious breads and pastaries around. Starting with the savory, buttery, flaky and moist croissant, made fresh daily and available at 7:45 am each morning. They also make it in almond flavor, my next favorite. I also tried their tiramisu, it is potently, full of cocco, coffee and creme. I never had one like this. At one week I frequent this eveyday the only thing that stopped me was my b-pressure. But , if I wasn't in bad shape I would come every day. The price is a bargain for this caliber of perfection. It's also shown in the store, it's clean, decor is contemporary and warm. From the cashier you can see the immaculate kitchen with chef wearing dove white professional attire all working for your taste buds to scream and your mind to slide onto decadent submission. In all seriousness I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. But, going on, this bakery has an assortment of western standards such as the two I mentioned in the past sentences and a garden of Korean eithnic cookies and breads, which should be tried at least once. My favorites are chestnut bread, sweet white bean cookies (sorry I forgot the name) and green tea bread. The coffee is also a very good compliment to what ever you are eating. This is a culinary experience.
