Whenever I enter Facets I feel like a kid once again, not knowing where to turn first. Overall, the jewelry is uniquely designed, beautifully hand-crafted - and stunning. I rarely shop elsewhere for that special piece of silver or gold and enthusiastically recommend the store to friends. A special thanks to the owners/managers, Lenny and Irina, for their hand-picked selections coupled with a friendly, accommodating demeanor.

Buyers have the perfect eye, amazing selection. I would have bought everything if I only could :-). I purchased a unique hand filigree 1920's ring, for which my jaw still drops each time I look down at my finger. Need I even mention the helpful and friendly staff? When I'm at Facets I am home away from home. Highly recommended to all, trust me you wont regret a thing.

I've been shopping around for an engagement ring for my girlfriend ( now fiance, thanks to Facets) for a while now. And I can genuinely say that there are absolutely no jewelry stores like this one. I saw the most unique setting, and they also helped me get a diamond for it. I feel like I could have been shopping around for another two years and would have never found anything that comes close to their designs. It was a headache free experience, they had professional jewelers on site who helped me with the technicalities of the procedure. I was fully informed of every step. Absolutely Amazing. My fiance and I are so thrilled we got our ring from Facets. I recommend this store to all those who want a handcrafted quality piece.

I went in to buy a present for my wife and was not disappointed, this store has an amazing selection of designer jewelry and that is exactly what I wanted, something that not everyone has. Irina (sales person) was excellent in explaining the pieces and helping me decide on a great ring for my wife. The unique selection is worth the visit.

This store has a wonderful array of jewelry that isn't found everywhere. The jewelry is all hand crafted and the style is very intricate and delicate. I was very confident with my purchase because I felt that the sales people were very knowledgeable about the jewelry and helped me to find something that was just right for me. I received tons of compliments on the item I purchased. I would definitely recommend this store if your looking for something beautiful and different of quality.

The energy is amazing. The moment you step foot into Facets you feel like you are high on life. Beautiful music playing, lovely flowers all around the store, aromatic candles lit, staff smiling and of course unbelievable fine jewelry all hand made!!! What more can one ask for?

I am a jewelry lover. I have been to many different jewelry shops throughout my life, but none like Facets. I found them through Google while looking for a totally different store then stumbled upon their website and thought to myself I should go there and check it out. And am I happy I did. I came out with the most beautiful hand made ring I have ever seen with emeralds. I felt very at home while shopping, the sales people are not pushy at all. They were honest with me and extremely friendly. It took them just one visit from me to make me one of their loyal customer.

There are very places on this earth like Facets. My wife and I feel lucky we found such a jewel among jewelers. My wife found an engagement ring she loved, but it got sold the next day. Irina the owner, offered to make another for us, identical to the one sold. Heartbroken, my wife went home to think about it. Miraculously, Irina called the owner of the ring, told her our story and the owner returned it for us. Irina made this all happen 24 hours before we caught the plane

I stopped by Facets for the first time yesterday, and I have to say I am thrilled I did. I needed a mother's day present. The salesperson (Irina) was so sweet and friendly, she helped me pick out a perfect pair of earrings made by "Vasant Designs". The price was $290 but they honestly look like they cost over $500. Then I thought hey maybe I should get something for my girlfriend's mom too while I'm here. I wasn't looking for a discount because the price was so perfect for the piece but she gave me 20% off anyway. It was so nice to see a local business helping out the economy. I will not only return, I will also let all my friends and family know about the perfect jewelry store !!!!

A few months ago my fiance and I began our hunt for the perfect wedding bands. At first it seemed impossible to find something that was uniquely designed and affodable enough. We searched all over. Finally a friend of ours recommended Facets, she said she got her engagement ring custom made by them and loved the service, the price and ofcourse the ring. So we decided we would check it out. I have to admit I have never seen so many beautiful pieces in one store, I was blown away. And the staff was sooo knowledgable, not too pushy and very friendly. We too had our rings custom made. They were delivered on time and they look beautiful. Thank You Facets, we will return!!!!

I had a very bad experience while shopping and getting repairs at facets. They were very late on my repairs, lied about the quality of the repair which made the jewelry I bought there fall apart again. They would not return the piece, very unfriendly staff and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this store, or even get my jewelry repaired there. I am a jewelry lover and this store is a disgrace.

I gave this shop 4 stars and not five because i can only afford so much in this phenomenal unique jewelry shop , Facet`s really has an amazing selection on designer jewelry if not the best in Brooklyn . If your in the area its defiantly worth a peek and if your driving good luck with parking =-).

After getting my precious jewelry destroyed by a local jeweler i was very skeptical about leaving my things anywhere else till i have found Facets, the young man sounded very confident about the reconstruction he will be able to do for my grandmas precious diamond ring , so i told my self i have nothing to lose the ring cant possibly get worse then it already is , one week later i got a phone call when promised and i cant even explain on how happy Facet`s has made me! .. Highly recommended is an understatement !!

I brought a ring in that belonged to my gradmother to get a stone replaced and resized. At first I was afraid to leave it because it means the world to me. But after constant reassurance by the helpful staff, I calmed down and gave it a shot. The ring came back to me on the exact date promised and looking better than I have ever seen it, and on top of that the price was extremely reasonable. I thank Facets a million times for the remarkable service. I will definitely return.

I recently purchased my wife her engagement ring and cant say how happy i am with the service, time and delivered when promised i read the other reviews people have put up i personally didn't experience any of them i thought the service was great very reasonably priced and great craftsmanship. VERY HIGHLY Recommended !

Facet`s hands down has the most beautiful jewelry in all of Park slope and i would say nicer then 95 % of any boutique in the city equivalent to its size . I have personally experienced excellent service there staff is very knowledgeable , helpful and not pushy . Highly recommended !

In 2004, I bought two wedding rings at Facets. In June, my wife's sapphire wedding ring broke in half while she was taking a bath. I called Facets for weeks asking to speak to the manager. My call was never returned. Finally, I went to Facets in person and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that he wasn't in town. After asking again to speak to the manager, he finally appeared. He told me that he would fix the ring and that it would cost several hundred dollars. When I told him that he should fix it for free because the ring was obviously of poor quality, he said, "How do I know you didn't strike it with a hammer". After a heated conversation, he told me that he would fix it for $100. He also told me that it would take two weeks to repair. It ended up taking almost six weeks to repair. While Facets has beautiful jewelry, you should avoid it at all costs.

Absolute no pride in ownership and quality of work done. Facets sized a ring that I bought from them- then the stone fell out. They grudgingly agreed to fix their mistake. The ring came back battered, uncleaned and there is an obvious scored line and mysterious black spot on the inside of the ring. They are smiles as one buys something, but if ever return their faulty merchandise get ready for a haggling match and make sure to have loads of idle time to deal with them.

This place does not keep its promises -- STAY AWAY. In mid-December, 2006, I brought a valuable gold watch to Facets to be repaired, and was told that it would take approximately one week. Over the following few weeks, I came to the shop repeatedly -- usually at least several times a week -- and was repeatedly told "We'll have it later today or tomorrow, and we'll call you at your home number in an hour or two to give you an update on what's happening." No-one ever called me, or apologized for having failed to do so, and the watch was never there the next day. In early January I had a confrontational discussion with the store's manager. I told him that based on the many delays and problems with service, I no longer wished to use them for the repair, and wanted the watch back as soon as possible. He told me that the repairman they used was away on vacation until January 26th, and they had no way to get the watch before then. He assured me that the watch would be returned fixed, that I would be called as soon as they had it, and that given the problems I had encountered, he would not charge me anything for the repairs. I was never called back, and on January 27th I called and was told that the watch was there, but not fixed, and it would cost me $120 (and many more weeks) to fix it. Extremely unhappy with the service and no longer trusting them at all because of their ongoing inability to either fix the watch or even produce it to prove that they still had it, I came to the shop and picked it up. I now have the watch, six weeks after originally bringing it in, but with no repairs, and a lot of headaches and anxiety from the many unreturned calls and visits that failed to produce any information or the watch itself.

the helphul staff happily shhows youwhatever taks your fancy in gorgeous shop the "consstatly changing" small selecton" of uniquely crafted" pieces from indepenent disigners" so "if you see it, you better grab it.
