The most horrendous customer service I've ever encountered at any dry cleaner's EVER. I decided to try this place because I felt my current dry cleaner was too expensive. I brought in a brand new dress that I hadn't even gotten to wear once for a full day that had gotten a stain on the back. I asked if it would cost anymore to have it turned around in 24 hours. The lady said no. When I finally got the dress (and note they didn't originally provide it to me within the 24 hours I asked for), I will admit I was thrilled they were able to get the stain out. However, this morning when I pulled the dress out of the closet, I noticed the button enclosure on the back had been ripped. I absolutely know for a fact I did not do this. I didn't even need to unbutton the dress to put it over my head. When I took it back to have it repaired, they accused me of lying and wouldn't even offer to fix it unless I paid for it. The rude lady kept saying it happens with normal wear-and-tear. I explained I hadn't even WORN it for a full day yet. Then when I asked her if she was watching them clean it the whole time, she of course couldn't answer and said she did me a favor by cleaning the dress. That's funny - I thought she was doing me a service because I had PAID her! How's that a favor? She didn't even get it back to me when I asked for it. She says she doesn't need my business, so no worries, she won't have it. Imagine this - for the $3 cost to sew the button back on, she could've sucked it up and apologized to keep my business. Thank God for karma!

Pros: They got the stain out

Cons: They also ruin your clothes in the process

.

They lost some clothes and only offered to pay 50% of what they were worth. They say that in the few months i owned them they lost their value.
