Whenever I am in the area I stop for the Pasta Faggoli. I get the full portion with the hot peppers and fresh Italian Bread and I'm in heaven. My wife loves the Eggplant Parm. For the price you won't find better quality Italian Food. In fact, at a higher price you'd have a hard time just matching the quality!
Great food, super portions, great pricing. You can't go wrong at this restaurant. The only problem is they don't serve coffee so you can never "finish the meal",
Great Italian food, huge portions for cheap. Old time atmosphere with an old man bar. All the food is great-but the Pasta Fazool-is the best in the world Does not take credit cards - bring cash.

One of the best family owned Italian restaurants in Buffalo. The sauce is always great and the meatballs are the best in the city. Huge portions and great prices. Where else are you going get meatballs that size and that good for so low a price??!! I highly recommend!
It was after the grammer school boys concert at Kleinhans Music Hall. My dad took us out for dinner to this little restaurant on Niagara. That was May 1960. I have returned many, many times with friends, my own children, and now my grandchildren. Santisiero's is one of those special places that has changed little over the years. Good food, always busy, and affordable! If you haven't been, you ought to go.

I have been going to Santasiero's for 20 years. I have never been disappointed. The prices are very reasonable. The service is great. The atmosphere is casual. Even the customers are cool!
