Chelsea Piers Golf Club

Chelsea Piers Golf Club is a fantastic place to practice your putting. It's located right on the Hudson River and their driving range is constructed so that you're driving right into the water - or so it seems. It's a picturesque setting and seems like its outside of the city, so it has a fun quality of seeming like you've made it away for the day. It's always fun to visit Chelsea Piers.

If you live in the city then you know there aren't many places you can go to golf. Chelsea Piers had set up a very nice golfing area for the outdoors. They have a decent driving range for a good price. The service is not always good but its the only place you can golf in the city. You don't have to be a pro to golf here and you won't feel intimidated by the pros.

There are pros and girls who throw their clubs with their swings at the outdoor driving facility. Its the perfect and just about only place in New York City to practice golf.

Living in NYC is constantly stressful. I like to take my stress out by hitting some balls... Golf balls that is!
Chelsea Piers (aka Playground for New Yorkers) has a great golf club and a great driving range. My only complaint is the service sometimes lacks hospitality, but the price is decent - 118 balls for $20!
