Would give them less than one star if that were an option. The owner is arrogant and abusive when challenged. As long as she gets paid, she is very sweet and will continue to be, so that she can rope you in to coming back. Problems do not

I've been taking my laundry to Dirt Busters for around five years now, and have always been well pleased with the service. No matter how busy they seem to be, they always manage to finish my laundry when I need it - which is important, as I have a 2 year old and frequent laundry emergencies. The owner is a delightful, friendly woman whose smile and cheerful nature brighten my mood whenever I go. Her staff is pleasant and hard working - you can see her delivery guy out there in all kinds of weather. In terms of service, Dirt Busters is everything you'd want - they do good, careful work and have your stuff when they say they will. As for the personal touch they provide, all the folks here go above and beyond the call of duty. Every neighborhood should be lucky enough to have a laundry this good and this friendly.

I've been using this small neighborhood laundromat for years, but recently became so disappointed that I won't go there anymore.
For starters, they charge a steep .80 a pound for drop-off service. Once they returned two bags of pink laundry to me. But the clincher was after I dropped off a large load along with my natural detergent and a nearly brand-new bottle of natural liquid fabric softener. The laundry was returned to me without the bottles, so next time I did my own wash there, I expected my detergent and fabric softener to be waiting. No such luck! First the gal who works there claimed she couldn't find the detergent, and said she'd used up the fabric softener. Impossible, I said--you're only supposed to use a cap's worth per load--which left dozens and dozens of loads left in that bottle. According to her--Nope! So now if she's telling the truth, I must have the world's softest clothes, since she used like 50 times the amount you're supposed to use. Then her story changed and she claimed to have also used up the detergent. Shady shady shady. We weren't thrilled with her explanation and let's just say she didn't take pains to make sure she kept us as customers.
So, she got her wish... off we go to another laundromat.
