Langan Audi East

I've had BMWs and Mercedes before and decided to try an Audi A-4 as my contribution to use less gas. I've been very pleased with all of my dealings with Langan Audi from originally leasing the car to subsequent service. The periodic service is covered under the lease so no complaints on cost. They always make a nice loaner car available and the staff is very courteous and accomodating.

I don't know about these other reviews. I have been dealing with Langan Audi for 3 years now. It all started when i bought a certified used vehicle from them. I had thought that Audi's were good reliable vehicles that had all wheel drive (good for the winters of NY). It was not until after i bought the vehicles that i learned that (And this came from the service departments mouth at langan) these cars require a lot of maintenance. Ok i can live with that... spend some money get a good car right?... Wrong, first off the price on everything that comes from the dealer.. is hundreds if not thousands of dollars. That is just for the parts. Every time i have taken my vehicle in for service something else would go wrong. Most of the time my vehicle is misdiagnosed and the parts are just changed. Every time i have taken my vehicle to this dealer i have had more problems than i started out with. It was only when i started to bring it to another shop that i realized that this was happening. i am not going to keep ranting about this dealership. This is a warning to you. Learn from my mistakes. If you do choose to go to Langan don't say that you were not properly warned.

I'm on my fourth Audi, all of which I bought from Langan. Had the A-4, A-6, the allroad...they have been great. Once I had the passenger side windshield wiper fall off in the rain. Since it was raining I had to keep them on so the drivers side would stay clear of rain. Consequentially the wiper arm scratched the glass on the passenger side. Langan replaced my windshield no questions asked...They never even suggested I call my insurance company to pay for it.Love the cars and the service.

I thought the sales staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The service department also goes out of their way for you. They even give you a car to drive while your car is being worked on. I love my A4 and plan on getting an A6 next.
