4 Stars: Great Times Square locale! (by Katie D.)

Although the rooms are small, this is a great place if you plan only to use your room for sleeping and showering. Which, if you're in New York, you shouldn't be spending much time in your room anyway. The lobby area and all accomoations are very nice and the concierge is quite helpful. This location is perfect if you're planning on seeing lots of shows. Also, the room service and food is top of the line.

PROS: location and ambience
CONS: tiny (but nice) rooms

3 Stars: good price for a good location (by Kim K.)

For a New York Hotel, especially so close to Times Square, this hotel is really a good deal. The rooms are beyond small, and you practically have to walk over the bed to reach either the door or the bathroom - but if you're not going to be spending much time in your room and you're impartial to potentially tripping over your suitcase in the middle of the night, then this really is a good deal for you.

3 Stars: Tad expensive (by Madeleine P.)

The Roosevelt hotel has everything that you would expect out of a very glamorous and luxurious hotel, from beautiful details in the main lobby to extra comfy pillows on your bed. They are a little bit pricey, as you could expect at a hotel of its caliber. However, if you can afford it go for it.

4 Stars: Great abode to stay (by Michelle B.)

This hotel is a great place for out-of-towners to stay in. Located in the heart of Manhattan, this old-school style hotel is safe, not that expensive and posh to stay in for a weekend or longer.

4 Stars: A Good Place to Stay! (by Rolonda M.)

The rooms are Huge. The decor is a little dull, but the rooms are very clean and well kept. The service and the staff are excellent, the lounge and the bar are great. The lobby is very large and marble. I found the beds to be comfortable and the location is convenient to Fifth Avenue shopping, the theatre district, and convenient to good restaurants. I would not recommend this hotel for a large family with young kids. But a good place to stay for a NYC Visit.
