5 Stars: cool people, no dumps (by anon y.)

this place was real cool - everybody there was helpful and nice, and my girl drove me all over brooklyn (even bed stuy, which a lot of girls are afraid to go to), until we found a cheap place that i liked. it wasn't even a dump, which is ALL i saw before this company. my credit sucks, so i had to pay 3 months to the landlord when i signed my lease, but that wasn't rapid realty's fault. overall, a great company.

5 Stars: faster than a speeding bullet (by L B.)

man, this place is busy. like a madhouse. it turned me off a little at first, only because i was sort of overwhelmed. but those people know what they're doing, let me tell you. i was in there for maybe 15 minutes total, found a sick apartment in like a half hour, and signed the lease later on that night (they put it together ridiculously quickly too, i even met my landlord that night). don't let the cartoonish-factory-business throw you off, these guys are on top of it.

im even inviting my broker to my housewarming party, which is tonight!

5 Stars: hooray for communication! (by J M.)

i just closed on an apartment with janira at rapid realty, who was so great throughout the process - I found an apartment with aramis (painless afternoon, found a place in one day), and then janira kind of took over from there. she was like my new best friend throughout these last few days - i talked to her more than anyone - she kept me in the loop, and i really appreciated it, since getting an apartment can be a stressful process (especially when you're in the dark, which has been the case in the past working with other companies).

you deserve a gold star, janira!!!

4 Stars: Great service, Got a Wonderful Apartment (WITH NO FEE!) (by Kathryn B.)

Used this company to get my apartment. Everyone I worked with was nice, and moved really fast (the name fits!). They had a really wide selection of apts for rent, from cheap to high-end (wish I could afford a 3200/month apt. in Brooklyn Heights...some day, dammit!), and lots of places with no fee. My broker took me out all day, and I got an apartment that same day! Very efficient, very friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a new apartment!

5 Stars: great business, very friendly staff (by warren v.)

my experience with rapid realty was very positive. everyone i spoke to was nice, and helped make moving a little bit easier. they have a really large selection of apartments (depending on your price range), and they kept the lines of communication open throughout my application process. i was approved for the apartment i applied for, and am now moving into a great place.

5 Stars: Exceeded my expectations! (by Jennifer A.)

I was nervous moving to Brooklyn (for school), I'm from a ridiculously tiny town in Ohio, and kept hearing horror stories about the "shady business" that goes down in NYC real estate. So, needless to say, I was kind of apprehensive when I walked into their office. But the guys at Rapid were anything but shady - they were honest about everything, from which neighborhoods I should avoid (they worked with my little budget but didn't try to put me in a scary neighborhood), to what the fee was (which I negotiated down a LOT). I'm so glad that I had a stress-free experience with them, since the rest of the move was anything but (U-Haul, if I never see you again it'll be too soon).
