We come here on vacations and always make a stop at Brio's for lunch or dinner. They also do a breakfast if Sweet Sue's is full or if you just want variety.

I no longer live in NY but, when I get back about once a year I like to drive up from Kingston to Brio's in Phoenicia. I remember going there about 20 years ago. First we would Tube the Esopus River and finish the afternoon at Brio's. Excellent Margharita Pizza. I took my husband from Illinois there this last summer. Now he knows what I'm talking about when I say NY Pizza. He only knew Chicago. Also, the owner/Chef is very accomadating during lunch. He makes an assortment of Pizza. While he's making it you can go up to him and get nosey. "What's ya makin'". Not a problem. Fond memory!
