Enzyme is a really great place to shop for shoes, especially if u like quirky, trendy type of stuff. I think their prices are okay, their reasonable for the shoes they have. The staff is not the best, like another review said a bit too chilled out, not very professional. They will have conversations btwn each other while ur being helped. They have very cute bags, and really cool, funky jewelry and wallets. Iv'e nvr been upstairs, so idk about their clothing. Hope this helped! :)

Yah I do like the shoe selection, although they do overcharge you. But the sales people are such stuck up snobs. They definitely do not make the shopping experience more pleasurable. If the manager was any better than the people she hires I would complain.

Enzyme shoe lab is a great place to shop! Its basically the Kitson of NYC. You can find very original designs from great brands like Michael Kors and Jeff Campbell. I also love the clothes. Trendy and exclusive jeans by J Brand and Rich and Skinny are to die for. Apart from the clothes, the staff is super friendly and is always willing to help find the perfect outfit.

the people there are very nasty and give you bad attitude, i would not recommend them , i found a pair of shoes for 200 i saw them some where else for 140

Enzyme is for girls, who can't shop in Manhattan, but don't like "Brooklyn" style. Great taste, affordable prices, unbelievable sales before the end of each season. I'm addicted- and so is my 16 years old daughter.Good luck!PS. Very friendly service!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE SHOE STORE EVER!!!! THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES, GREAT STYLES, & A REALLY FRIENDLY STAFF. THEIR SALES ARE UNREAL- CAN YOU IMAGINE PAYING 10 TO 20 DOLLARS FOR A DESIGNER SHOE? WHETHER IT'S CASUAL, DRESSY, EVENING, OR FUNKY SHOES YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, ENZYME IS SURE THEPLACE TO SHOP AT. DID I MENTION THEY CARRY GORGEOUS COSTUME JEWELRY, LOADS OF FUNKY HADBAGS & ALL ACCESSORIES & VINTAGE STYLED CLOTHING, TOO?
