Although we had to call off the project (complete bathroom remodeling) at the very last moment for reasons outside of this project, I wanted to leave some feedback, since we were impressed with the professional ways they conducted their business. Excellent communication-our calls were always returned within a day, and very good follow-ups. Forget contractors who never return your calls. They were also flexible and accomodating to our various constraints. They tried hard to understand what we wanted, and I very much appreciated such an attitude.

very professional in the way they do business and present themselves....the work that was displayed was exceptional and I was sold on there workmanship and ideas were right along with the plans that I had in mind, they are very good in the way they detail the work to be done, also precise to material to be used, it was a pleasure to sit down and discuss the job, and have a person to listen to your ideas as they put together a plan for the job to be done, as stated above........very professional....

My experience with Master Painters & Home improvement was excellent, professional and refreshing compared to the many other contractors out there that have been nothing but disappointment. These guys did exactly what they said they would do and better, finishing the job a day earlier than expected. After working with over 5 different contractors this year, Master Painters would be the only contractor I would recommend. Keep up the excellent work Marcial and the guys! Thanks

COMMUNICATION WITH THE OFFICE WAS POOR, BUT THE GUYS WHO WORKED ON THE DECK WAS VERY PLEASANT AND DID A GREAT JOB. GREAT WORK MASTER PAINTERS !.
