I purchased a mattress at the Sherdian Dr closeout sale. I was told it was an offshoot of a Sealy mattress. I've had the mattress for less than 3 months and it has developed what I call "The Pit". It sags in the middle and you roll into what feels like a giant canyon. Does anyone know if anything can be done? I paid a substantial amount for it and based on the last reviewers comments I bet it's not an offshoot of Sealy. Help!

We had several appliance purchsaes from Rosa's in the past and had no problems. On March 25 we went to their closing sale at the Sheridan Dr. store. We purchased a love seat and sofa that the salesman claimed were Simmons brand. Upon further internet investigation, we found the set to be manufatured by the Affordable Furniture Co. and retailing for considerably less than what we had paid. We hadn't taken delivery of the set, and after complaining we received a full refund. Be careful of fake sale prices!!!!!!

As a previous customer of Rosa's I was hopeful that I could find a good deal since I needed some new furniture. Not only did I get a great deal but was treated with nothing but respect and actually had fun time shopping. Mark was my salesperson at the Hamburg store and he made my shopping not only fun but his english accent and sayings made me laugh.

the worst customer service ever! we just had our washer and dryer delivered and the dilivery guys refused to take their shoes off on our brand new carpet. We called the corporate office and they said it was policy and if we were not happy to refuse the delivery and "try" to get our money back. I should have listened to my sister that ordered family room furniture from them a few years ago and they delivered the wrong color and then refused to take it back. THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will never buy anything fromt his store, i don't care how great of a deal it is. If you want quality and good customer service, stay away from Rosa's home store, PERIOD!

I have made several major purchases from Rosa's over the past several years and will NEVER walk through those doors again. Any time I have had a problem they make it almost impossible to get resolution. Most recently, we purchased a mattress and box spring from Rosa's. Within 6 months, the mattress was sagging to the point that it looked like it was 20 years old. We called customer service who sent someone out to look at it and he said to go to the store and make arrangements for a replacement. We did that and they proceeded to tell us that WE had to pay another $49 for delivery. We didn't feel that was fair yet they would not do anything except tell us to, YES, call customer service. Having been through this before with them, I knew that was a lesson in futility and wasted effort and got into a battle with the salesperson. They wouldn't even take off the $49 from the price of the new mattress (which, by the way, is a discontiued model and will probably be on sale to get rid of the leftovers in the warehouse). The most pathetic part is that we plan to purchase a new stove this week and dining room and living room furniture over the next month or two and we won't even consider them. So in order to save $49, they lost thousands in business. No wonder I never see more than two cars in their lot anymore.. I guess the word has gotten around... and if not, I will be passing it along to our 20 siblings, 11 children and all friends and family that I can warn. Hope it was worth it, Paul Rosa and Dean Rollo.

7/31/2009 I was very, very disappointed with the quality of the kitchen set I purchased from Rosa's Military Road store, Niagara Falls, NY . I purchased the set (JOFRAN 850-30--delivered 5/14/09). I have called them out several times to replace broken "rungs" on chairs. The screws come out when one puts their feet on them. Would I recommend Rosa's...not on furniture!

I had gotten a partial refund on a furniture I returned. But Issue was resolved later. Talk with the president of the store directly if you have any problem.

Rosaa's Home Store is a great place when you have to look for a new appliance, refrigerator, stove, Television, and also for good quality furniture. We all know how hard it is to spend that hard earned money, Rosa's gives you many choices in a wide range of prices. They carry most name brands, Amana, Frigidaire, Maytag, to name a few. They carry a HUGE assortment of televisions, along with beautiful furnishings for the home. If you need to add to your home, or are just starting out in a home, this is the place to shop first!
