At Osso Buco we pride ourselves on impeccable Italian food, excellent service, and an enjoyable atmosphere. Have you dined with us before? We appreciate your patronage. If you haven't, we hope to see you soon.
"Osso Buco's menu includes nothing surprising or unusual, naturally, but much of the food is tasty and satisfying, with far more high points than lows. And it's a good value: the family-style portions, described as double size, are closer to triple. Even so, Osso Buco is much more of a casual neighborhood place than a destination for big groups. I saw more than a few couples stopping in after work to share a plate of pasta or veal. What's more family style, after all, than for everybody to eat the same meal?" - Eric Asimov

I have visited this restaurant several times. Great Italian food, good service and cozy atmosphere. Pleasant and friendly service. Bar has good drinks. Will not hesitate to continue to eat there....

Italian
Osso buco is an excellent option for italian food on the ues. The ambiance is fairly nice. You can sit outside on their little deck. The staff is very friendly and they sometimes have very good coupons that make a big meal very affordable.

Good Fettucine Alfredo.
The food was good, the place is nice. Candle lit dinner at night. The fettucine was good, it was very creamy. The service not so great, not bad though just seemed like he rather not be at work.
Pros: Cheap food, nice place.
Cons: Service, certain waiters.

Absolutley horrible delivery
THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST FOOD I HAVE HAD IN NYC!!! I ordered delivery for saturday movie night (30 bucks for apetizer, salad, and pasta) and it was so terrible I coudn't even eat it. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms, which were vile, the cesar salad, the lettuce was soggy and limp, and the fettucini alfredo, which tasted like noodles and butter. I will never, never, never get delivery from here again. I wish I could have returned the food for my 30 bucks.

Decent, Cheap Italian Food
I went here for dinner and was pretty impressed with the food. The calamari was awesome, and the portions were large. The bill was 75 bucks for 3 entrees, 1 app and a bottle of wine. Not bad.
Drawback? Our waiter was unbelievably cranky.

Nothing Special
This place is really nothing special and I would never go back. The food was really not very good and service was so-so. We sat upstairs where there were 2 other very large parties and you really couldn't hear the people next to you. Some dishes were very good- like the fried calamari, but others were so disappointing that the good one's were soon forgotten. Skip the baked clams and stuffed mushrooms.

Love this place!!!
This is the place for Italian on the Upper East side. Portions are generous enough for you to share with your friends or take home. Could be romantic or a great place to gather with friends. I love their bread and the fact that the bottled water is free, flat or sparkling. Unfortunately, their soda is always flat. I always leave their very full, but be prepared to be thirsty later on; food can be salty.
Pros: Big portions, Affordable, Free bottled water
Cons: Flat soda, Salty
