Like any normal single guy, i do like fast food from time to time, particularly Taco Bell. It's just a shame that the commack Taco Bell at 2186 Jericho Tpke is out of the question from now on. NEVER getting my order correct and eating food that has been sitting around for over an hour isn't for me. Tonight was the last straw. I decided to order a pizza from their pizza hut menu, hoping that it would be ok this time. Not only was it extremely undercooked, but it was room temperature, maybe a little warmer. (Not the first time this has happened.) I don't have a huge problem with the Taco Bell menu other than most of the items are usually falling apart when I recieve them.
Trying to order the food there is another story. I think thats the whole reason why the order is never correct. I understand the whole thing about equal opportunity employers but it would work better if these people spoke and understood english. I don't mind people of hispanic descent but if you can't speak english, stay in the back and wash dishes with the rest of the zero english speaking workers.

PROS: The location is the only thing about this place
CONS: Slow service, questionable food practices. Few english speaking employees

toco bell in commack is discusting and not worth the trip! The service is slow and ur order will usually turn out wrong. The tables are dirty and so are the bathrooms.
