Upscale, classy, comfortable, gorgeous! That's what Martin Albert has done for my home! Not to brag but the owner won an Emmy for the set design of Days of our Lives so I can truly say my home is Emmy winning quality!

The people at martin albert interios inc make in their business to make your home or office look absolutely stunning. They do great work on drapery and slipcovers, which add class to any house or office space. They work quickly and have merchandise that is of the best quality. Just great!

NY Mag often serves as a good resource for services and such here in NYC, however, they severely miscalculated their recommendation to this company. They provided a less-than qualified rep who couldn't determine a poodle from a window treatment. Then moved us onto the owner who served us little more than water-down service and less expertise in business relations. Working with them was like watching paint dry, deliriously frustrating and mind-numbing. Months of communications of all sorts for a small residential job. They couldn't find their way out of a fully lit room. Avoid them at all costs.

Pros: none

Cons: 'F' for customer service and management skills; all talk, no-show; inefficient
